Wing Sing Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Fishkill

I’ve been going to wing sing for years, but after tonight, they have lost my business. Sadly, the new people who own it have chosen the wrong woman to be their “front” person. We have had to deal with her short, rude tempered demeanor over the phone when ordering many times, but today took the cake. When I went in to pick up my order I grabbed one of the bags of fried noodles on the counter to add to my order. Since they were packed in tight, another bag popped out along with the one I grabbed. I quickly bent down to pick it up and apologized to which I hear a huge sigh, sucking of her teeth and rolling of her eyes when I stood up from picking the bag up. I assured her that I didn’t drop the bag on purpose but was so taken back by her horrible attitude that I paid for my food and left. What a terrible person to have up front in a store to deal with the community who are bringing your store business. I wish wing sing could do better. If you’re looking for horrendous, nasty customer service then wing sing is the place to go!...

Having ordered from here weekly and being treated as I was tonight is appalling. Ordered the usual for delivery and when at the door was told I never paid. I send him away saying I did. He comes back with a woman on the phone saying to give the card again. I do a second time. Check my bank account to see it was charged twice now. I call back she says yes she lost the receipt. She needs to call the company for their terminal to have the card refunded. She calls back and asks my card a third time for the refund. I ask what is she going to do about the inconvenience she says nothing and hangs up as I’m speaking. Call again ask for owner. She says he’s not there. Then she says she’s the owner. Then the owner doesn’t talk to anyone.

As a regular here you would think I would’ve gotten a discount or refund or at least not hung up on. Never going back rather give my money somewhere it’s...

I should have kept reading the reviews about the food being tasteless they were right. Firsf time trying this place and it is my last. When I entered the establishment it was extremely cold there was no heater on. The workers and the front person were all bundled up. That should have been my sign but I wanted to give them a chance. I ordered the egg drop soup and vegetable chow mei fun. $15+. The egg drop soup was like water with hardly any taste and there was barely any egg in the soup. So to add flavor I add the chow mei fun to the soup and noticed right away these tiny pieces of black things floating in my soup. Not sure what it is but not long after that my stomach started to feel weird. I couldn't finish the food. Just wasted my money. I would recommend eating...
