Rude customer service on the phone and then they give you the go around. I called to ask a simple question I wasnât even able spit out. I had called earlier because another locationâs phone number turns out to be a fax number only, and I couldnât get a hold of anyone there. I didnât want to be driving back to the location if I didnât have to, so I figured it wouldnât be SUCH an issue to call another location to have my question answered.
ALL I wanted to know was if I could even get a refund when I donât have evidence of ever buying the product. No receipt or cup and I paid cash for a perishable item. However, I have a food allergy and couldnât consume the product due to being given the wrong drink. Some places would never accept a refund like this.
Instead of letting me ask my question, this employee assumed I was going to ask their location to give me a refund, which wasnât what I was calling to know the answer to.
She was so dogmatic, every time I spoke she raised her voice and spoke over me and wouldnât let me talk so she could school me on the differences of locations when it comes to refunds. Never have I had to talk over someone so I can get a word in.
Listen, I work in food service, I completely understand why she may feel so up tight about repetitive questions and having customers choosing to ignore the answer, I get it. Sometimes customers talk down to you like youâre an imbecile just because youâre in food service but I was polite and this was only the second call to ask a different, simple question. It didnât require the location with only a fax number to answer it. Any location could have answered it within seconds.
This simple question has turned into a day long event of me playing phone tag with DD just to have SOMEONE answer before I finish work. I donât want to drive in another direction when I have other things to do today besides retrieving a $6 refund.

Yesterday I placed my order but got caught up and didnât arrive to pick it up for about 30 minutes. But when I arrived my order wasnât up there anymore. An employee, named Taylor saw that it had been sitting out there for so long and said she will remake my coffee and it was no problem! She absolutely did not need to do that as it was my fault the coffee had been sitting out for so long. She was very kind and said it happens and she did not mind remaking my order so I would have it iced and the cold foam fresh! I will definitely make it a point to order from here again...

I've never had issues with this place until today. I went into here with full intentions of making the biggest order possible (lg coffee 3 creams 3 sugars). It must've overloaded the brains of their workers, because it took 15 minutes for them to process and then make this order. Which wouldn't be a big deal if you were out of coffee, but the people in front of me ordered a coffee and the to go orders had ordered coffee as well. There is no excuse for this. The kicker?
