Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

If I had reviewed this place a week ago I’d give it a 5 stars but I think they’re going through a rough patch. There was a lady who I haven’t seen since last week and she’s amazing but there was some rude who made my drink wrong and I let them know it was wrong she snatched out of my hand they “fixed” it but still wrong nonetheless. I went back the following day talked with the worker and she was apologetic and comped my drink, awesome. Then go back today and I had an African American lady and someone with blonde hair working which looked confused at my drink as she was getting it(nitro cold brew) and it looked watered down. I’m guessing the nitrogen ran out but I’m unsure. Also, the cup was dried with old coffee and some fuzzy which was a little off putting. So this was my first time here. and I wanted to try a breakfast item and a coffee. I have to say this is probably the best fast coffee that I've had in a long time, I'm not going to lie I've been a Starbucks junkie for a long time. My go to drink there is a white chocolate mocha iced and it just isn't what it used to be we'll put it that way, but this cup of white chocolate mocha iced that I got from here was amazing same with the sausage burrito it was hot very flavorful and it came with salsa which was a nice touch cuz I like salsa. I literally just left after getting my drinks, this place doesn’t listen to anything you say. This has been the third time i’ve gotten my drink and it was wrong, the workers just stood there and scraped the product off my drink instead of making a new one. Beware allergic people, because they don’t care if u tell them multiple times not to add a certain product, or even if you remind them at the window not to put it on/in the drink. They don’t even give you a receipt and just give you whatever size without even asking what wanted .This scooters specifically just doesn’t do anything you ask them to, and has the workers dancing/giggling in the back.
