McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

Oh God, how do I start? I can't rate this any worse than 1 star. First of all, I hate giving bad reviews and don't often, but this place just made me feel like sh*t. The employees were rude and disrespectful. Without diving into my diet details, when I visited last, I was on a specialized diet and needed to track a few of my macro nutrients. I walked around the store and looked for a nutrition information sign or menu. After a few minutes of looking and not finding one, I went up to the front desk and asked the woman that was standing there (there were no other customers at the counter at that time). She was very curt and told me that they place the nutrition sign outside and told me to look again. I thought it was odd that she told me it would be outside, but I went to look anyway. After looking again and not finding it, I went back up to her and told her it's not outside and if she could just give me the nutrition menu from behind the counter. At that moment, a new customer walked up to the counter behind me. The employee told me to please step aside while she attends to this customer and she will talk with me later. I was taken aback by this, but kindly stepped to the side so the other customer could fulfill his order and assumed the two other employees who were at the counter at the same time would continue looking. They didn't. I again went back up to the counter to speak to the woman and ask her if she could please look now for the nutrition menu inside the establishment which would probably be behind the counter. At that point we kept going back and forth (in her horribly broken and not quite English speech) when she kept telling me the calories are listed on the menu on the TVs and I told her that I'm not worried about the calories and needed to see something else regarding nutrition. She ended the conversation with me by saying that they don't have a nutrition menu inside the store and to stop wasting her time and either make an order or leave. I did just that, I left......Well, I was with friends who ordered food so I just sat with them while they ate and I did not order anything. I'll be filling a complaint with McDonald's corporate headquarters about this, and yes, to prove I was there, I can give the order numbers from my friends receipts...

I am appalled 🤔 and scared on how this Macdonald is hiring, do they train them? Do they check their employees, I honestly have written before about how do Macdonald in Tarrytown NY employees, mind you the employees that attend the public, they do not greet their customers, they can't say a simple: "Good morning, how can I help you???!!!, its are you going to use the app today? Not in a nice tone either. They talk to you like you are bothering them, and God bless if you ask anything or take their time( and here I though that their job is to attend the customers),dont move fast enough they get annoyed 😒 and WOW, THEY DOWN RUDE, some times I have to get change and they give you a look, and one even asked: all change? LIKE what you don't have the money?, why you here? shaking their heads and saying you have to move, even when there is no cars at all behind you. Me I laugh at these horrible people, that try to shame other people. Now I only pay in change, what world they are coming from, were change is not money? Oh about you have to ask them to do you the favor of giving you your RECEIPT, and acting with a bad attitude, or worse: " we can't print now" REALLY?? ARE TARRYTOWN MACDONALD CLOSING? they don't have cookies 🍪??!! and and they don't have paper to give their customers their receipt? Is the franchise owner so callous that he doesn't care how their employees are treating or mistreating their customers, ...

Decent McDonalds location.

I normally don't go to McDonalds too often - in fact, I punish my digestive system with their "food" maybe once a year at most. Their breakfast though is usually pretty decent (depending). I was in the mood for it since it was a long time since I had their breakfast last and ended up here.

It's a more modernized and clean location (inside and out). It's There is a drive-thru, but I chose to go inside even to just get it to go.

All the ordering kiosks seemed to be malfunctioning on that day - I tried two out of the four of them and they weren't working.

I went to the register and ordered from there and the wait time wasn't bad at all. The cashier was friendly.

The breakfast was actually good - better than a lot of other locations I've been to. Unsure about the main menu for the rest of the day, but the breakfast items I ordered were good. Certainly better than other locations I've been to in the past.

Located in the Tarrytown Station Center 'outlet' mall. They share the land with other businesses, but the lot is a pretty good size. There's a few McDonalds reserved parking spots close by for pickups and drive thru.

If I had to go to McDonalds for any reason, this is a location I'd consider now just due to the friendly employee and the slightly better...
