Wow! What a delightful discovery. It's super cute and includes a cozy dining area and fair weather outdoor seating. The bakery items offered include regular bakes and gluten-free options. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and made us want to go back. Which we did. The Highlight: Please note that these talented folks make a treat they call a Donut-Muffin. This devine creation is a delicious muffin-cake-donut hybrid. It's filled with Raspberry jam, dipped in butter, and rolled in sugar. A dollop of jam on top finishes them off. This is Rockstar baking at it finest. Not too sweet ...yes despite the butter and sugar, it's simply fantastic. There should be a line out the door for these things! They also offer a selection of brunch/lunch items.

This is my go-to bakery in Westchester for more than a decade. Out-of-town friends who stay with us are forced to be delighted and surprised by the best chocolate cake and key lime pie. I'm not a chocolate cake person and extremely judgemental about key lime pies (having stayed at the inn that alleged manifested these devilish delights). What makes Key lime distinguished from other limes is a tinge of saltiness; therefore, a good key lime pie should have a bit savory in its profile. Randall perfected key lime pies by pairing it with the best crust companion for this type of pies. My only criticism is that cappuccinos should be a bit stronger and the dirty chai dirtier

Randell is running a top notch operation here. Amazing baked goods with simple organic brunch fare. The quaint atmosphere and proximity to the river and public transportation makes this a must stop location for a snack or treat. There is lots of vegan, gluten free and organic options. I also know that they do lots of caterings for manhattan hotels so think about Randell for a catering option. 6 āļø out of 5 can’t recommend enough. PS seating is pretty limited. If you have more than about 15 people for sit down service, the inside seating would be overfilled.

TL:DR - Overpriced/poor quality.

I really wanted to love this spot. I ordered an iced coffee and mini key lime pie, which was NOT a key lime pie, but really a pudding surrounded by soggy, sweaty, damp 'crust'. After a single bite, I pushed the plate away (blech!) and just drank my coffee.

At checkout, I returned the barely touched pie to the cashier, explaining it was inedible. Without a visible trash bin, I preferred to hand it over rather than slide a dish with food back into the dish return. She apologized and asked me if I wanted something else, (I didn't), but I opted for a stuffed donut anyway, as it seemed she was offering to make good on the inedible 'pie'. I wasn't expecting anything, but typically when a customer tells a restaurant that something is inedible, they either replace it for something else or remove the charge. Not here!

Imagine my surprise when she rung me up and the total was $25?! A closer look revealed the coffee ($3) and both the pie ($14) AND the consolation donut ($7) on the tab. She said she lacked the authority to remove the charge for the pie, so I told her "I get that, but you're going to charge me for the consolation donut too?" She said she couldn’t give me a 'free' donut, so I asked her to just remove the donut and begrudgingly paid for something I didn't even eat. I essentially paid $18 for an iced coffee. Hence, this review.

Irvington offers many lovely cafes - this one proved disappointing. I rarely leave negative reviews, yet this experience calls for a fair...

Perfect Mother’s Day breakfast at Red Barn Bakery, Irvington. It has become my favorite morning locale, after discovering it quite by accident having come to Irvington for other reasons.

Whether it is excellent specialty coffee you crave, or breads that are healthy, hearty and creative, delectables that are sweet, savories that fill you just enough, it is a delightful and warm atmosphere, with food that is made to perfection.

My biggest problem with Red Barn is that I am not creative enough myself to vary from the wonderful things I have discovered- from avocado toast on their homemade bread, to their local farm fresh kale and tomato omelette, to their homemade fig jam on their brioches - I always know that there is more to explore (including the gourmet macaroni and cheese that is simply too tempting ), but it is very hard to vary when you’re in love with what you’ve found already.

There is room to sit and linger over a true meal, or it is the perfect spot to grab a picnic and head to the waterfront park. And if I’m being truly honest - I’m loving the fact that they actually have a w.c.

For my family our special treat is parking along the aqueduct in Dobbs Ferry, and slowly walking to this wonderful bakery that you will find at the bottom of the hill of Main Street (and to the left ) in Irvington.

Randell’s creations are eye catching and delicious- the atmosphere is soothing with hints of ivy against the stone.

I hope you enjoy one of my...

So I decided to visit my sister a few days in Tarrytown coming from the city my mind is always Overdrive so One of things I like doing is Sightseeing And force my sister to take me to places that she would never go or can imagina exist because of her busy schedule. All of a sudden I went online and Saw this beautiful bakery And beg my sister to take me. The minute I walked in the warm coziness atmosphere was just only the beginning everything they had to offer was perfect. Like I said earlier I begged my sister to take me to this place all of a sudden I’ve noticed that I’ve left my card so cash wasn’t enough I was a bit embarrassed but all that changed they really went out of their way to make sure my experience there was Memorable they went out of their way for me to feel comfortable with zero judgments , One of the workers that were doing the cashier I wish I knew her name said that The amount of cash I had will do again these people did not know who I was and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will forever be grateful for there Kindness and services that they provided me. When you’re running a business like this the Love that you put on your products also reflects the services that you provide to customers and the people that you attract your Business. Please go out and check out this place and experience it for yourself. I’m definitely...
