Buffalo's Best Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

This was my first experience with this place and boy will i be back. I just moved less than a mile away from this pizza shop from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania...(although i am a buffalo native) because im pregnant and want to be by family. But ibhave to say, dont let any negative reviews scare you! I got into a car accident yesterday and have not a penny to my name after dealing with the tow truck so my best friend ordered me a pizza for delivery using their online app. Well after an hour of waiting, he got a message saying that the order was canceled and his card was still charged and i hadnt eaten anything all day and there was nowhere else left in the area to order delievery food from because it was getting so late. Welp i called the shop up wondering what happened and why the ordered got canceled and why my friend didnt get his money back...i explained to the manager what happened and he told me that they told the app right away that they werent doing delivery anymore when the order was first placed but the app waited an hour to tell us. I explained how getting the pizza was very important because i had no food and how awful that was because now there was no time left to order from anyone else and if im not getting anything that i at least want my friend to get his money returned to him. He ended up taking down my address, my phone number, and gave me a large pizza for free and a 2 liter and delievered it to me for free to make up for the lack of communication due to the app...and that my friend will have to call the app to get his money back which he did. The pizza came shortly after and was SO DELICIOUS! Not only was the sauce to cheese ratio perfect, the ingredients used tasted so fresh! Me and my boyfriend joked that they tasted so fresh that they probably are growing them right there or get them at a farmers market...i usually go to the now pizzaria in hamburg by my parents house but this place has really won me over in just one night! My problem was not only fixed immediately, it was also met with some of the most excellent customer service skills ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I didnt catch the managers name or the guy who delievered it but because of their service and food quality, i will most definitely be coming here from now on. Just have to remember that the delivery stops around 8:30 for...

If I could give them less than one star, I would. I am a regular or theirs. Order there almost once a week. After a long day at work, we decide to order a double order of Medium Extra crispy chicken wings. Open up the box and immediately realize that they're mild.. not a big deal but then as I'm eating them I pick up probably my 3rd chicken wing when I felt something weird. Flipped the chicken wing over to find almost half of the wing was COVERDE in feathers!!!!! Grossed out, gagging, I drop the chicken wing and start looking at the rest. There's atleast 3 more chicken wings covered in feathers. Furious and disgusted, I call them up and let them know. They tell me they're sorry, and brought me a new set of "medium crispy wings" Well this new set wasn't any better. The minute I opened the box the first thing I seen was a feather standing straight up on top. Then I noticed that they looked a little dark, bite into it and taste BBQ. Obviously someone didn't feel like making new ones and refried and sauced them with medium sauce. Call and tell them and the guy says there's a new guy on wings tonight. That's no excuse! If you look at your food and it looks gross to YOU, don't xpect anyone else to want it! Expecially paying customers! Completely done with this place. Now we LOVE LOVE chicken wings , we get them almost every Sunday... I will not be eating them for a long time. THANKS Buffalos best for ruining my...

I never complain or write reviews! $50 for three subs and an order of fries are you serious?!?Tonight (May 8th) was the first night that me and my family ever ordered from here. We heard of their meal prep plan for healthy eating and were interested in checking the place out. We ordered a steak hoagie, a chicken souvlaki sub, and a steak and spinach sub with a garlic bread roll. The steak tasted more like roast beef and was tough/dry. The chicken souvlaki sub was plain chicken breast strips with no dressing, no seasoning, wilted romaine and little to no feta cheese. The worst thing was that they charged $10 for the garlic bread roll! The menu says it costs $1.30 for a sub to be made on a garlic bread roll and they charged $10. I called back to question and the assistant manager (who was very very kind and helpful) told me that the manager had in fact taken the order and delivered it! The manager on my door step said that because my sub was “custom” it was an additional $10, making the sub $19 in total. Ridiculous. All the assistant manager could do for me was give me a free sub credit. Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering...
