Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

3-3-25 In the past I made a review saying the food was “high sodium garbage”. But I do not like to spread misinformation. The chicken sandwiches are high sodium garbage. It’s way too salty. But for dinner I treated myself to a large waffle fry, a medium Mac n cheese, a cookies and cream milkshake and a brownie. The Mac n cheese was ight, but wasn’t nasty. The waffle fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce was incredible. But I believe when I was eating the waffle fries in combination of drinking my milkshake. That combination was IMPECCABLE. Salty & Sweeeet🤌🏾 I think another great thing was every time I drank the milkshake I got a glimpse of how excellent their customer service is. Look at the little message they wrote on the cup. Although this is fast food and it’s quite expensive. You are paying not just for the food, but the experience. The exceptional customer service. The unique drive-thru style that I’ve never seen, besides here. Also the Chocolate Fudge Brownie was great! I don’t think I’ve ever had a brownie where it is moist on the inside, but a perfect crisp on the outside. I don’t know if that’s preservatives in the food that makes it that way. But I don’t eat this daily. So I think I should be ok. It’s definitely really sweet though. I would like to say a thank you for the great customer service, the food, and the message left on my cup. From the moment I stepped into Chick-fil-A, I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make you feel like part of their family. Their smiles are genuine, and their service is swift and efficient.

The menu is a treasure trove of delicious options. I opted for the classic chicken sandwich, and it was nothing short of perfection. The chicken was cooked to a golden-brown crisp on the outside while remaining juicy and tender on the inside. The pickles added a nice tangy touch, and the bun was soft and fresh.

I came in today to pick up a mobile order. I stood there for about 5 mins while nobody said I single word to me. The young lady that was working in that area have be the meanest, ugliest of faces, as if I was disrupting her day! Many employees looked my way, but never said anything. I'm not sure if the young lady was having a bad day, but I didn't feel welcomed there. This was my first time coming there.

The ONLY thing that made it better was when one of the managers, who is male cane and asked me if I had been taken care of yet. At that time, my food was coming to me. I politely said to him, "thank you for asking because out of everyone here, and I've been standing here, you are the only one who has said a word to me!"

I have never been treated so terribly by anyone, but thankfully a manger was near by. I'm not sure if I'll come back there. If I do, it will only because the manager left a lasting positive first and last impression.

If you're having a bad day, don't let your customers see that. If you are, speak with your management team as well. That is what they are the there for. To the manager that helped me, thank you so much...
