Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

Worst customer service I've had in a while. I've never been to a Tim Hortons before, and was trying to read the menu when the overly abrasive and rude employee never once identified herself or thanked us for dining there, and kept demanding an order and trying to hurry me through....even though there were no other customers waiting to be served at the drive-thru or inside. The snide, demeaning attitude she presented was very off-putting as she kept asking "Are you done yet??" Welcome to NY, I guess. I'm sorry if doing YOUR JOB is an inconvenience, but do you want a paycheck, or not? Try some manners and patience, lady. Then, to top it off, she screwed up the order and failed to give us part of what we paid for. She also didn't provide us with a copy of the receipt so I could do the survey for the Timbits, not to mention the fact I old-school track expenses with my receipts. Food was good, but not good enough for me to return here. Overall, very disappointed with this establishment and their customer service. I do not recommend...

Stopped here this morning for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. As the worker in the drive-through handed me my food item, she simply said “English muffin”. The sandwich did feel a little thin, so I thought maybe the order was put in incorrectly and that I just received an English muffin. I kindly asked “Is this a breakfast sandwich?” Which she responded “yeah. English muffin breakfast sandwich” So I thanked her and just as I started driving away, I heard her shout with quite a bit of attitude “OBVIOUSLY”. I just don’t understand what possesses some people to be rude when there’s absolutely no reason to be. It’s a really great way to ruin someone’s day first thing in the morning. I was kind to her throughout the entire interaction and just was confirming that I was receiving what I ordered. I hope her day got better, because clearly she had a reason to be rude.

To top it off, My coffee cup ended up being covered in something sticky, and the lid had something white and crusty on it right near the...

I used to come to this Tim Hortons all the time before they fired all there good employees. Now anytime I go to this tim hortons the employees are rude, they are to busy talking about their lives and drama, they keep their backs turned to you. I just was there and paid for a large latte and they gave me a medium and I asked for my large and the girl got nasty and said add an expresso, I asked it to be remade and they wouldn't do it and on top of that it was ice cold.... I also bought a XL hot coffee and that was cold also its like they don't keep there coffee on the thing that keeps it warm... I will be calling corporate because everytime I ever stop there they are plain rude, their coffee is cold, and they refuse to redue your order if its wrong even after you...
