HAD TO CALL THE HAMBURG POLICE. Seriously? I had an appointment for a Ford OEM key. They arrived at my scheduled appointment with only generic keys. They had to order an oem. What was that appt for? Came back for correct key and after getting back home discovered original key was no longer active. Redkey said they don't know what happened but it is not there problem. So I called Ford. Ford said, yes, when you ditigitize an additional key you reprogram the original. So, I called redkey back. I had to argue even still to get them to own up to their lacking. Came back for a third time, they were late, and ultimately had to call the police because Aaron the owner decided to try to bully me and strong arm me by not allowing me access to the hatch of my car. I told him I would call the police if he didn't back away from me and my car but he just put his hands on his hips and stood there mumbly idiotic things at me like a 5 year old. This was all after refusing to accommodate my painful disability and come to my home for the third visit. In my experience, this business is poorly run and operated by angry, uncaring, misogynistic people who are unable to own their short comings and do the right thing by their customers. This key cost about $350. If they can't treat a customer who just gave them that much money for that small amount of work with any level of appreciation then I don't imagine they care about any of their customers. They could have done the job right the first time. They could have corrected their mistake the second time. They could have shown apprection for my patronage and done the right thing by not inconveniencing me again and come to my home. They chose to instead to treat me like.I was an ignorant fool of a woman who doesn't know how to make a phone call and ask a question. They chose to take me for coward who would shrink at their bullying and gaslighting. And they lost a return customer. But they did gain this review. I hope it was all worth it.
