Subway — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

This subway lost a customer who comes almost everytime we were in the area, a guy and girl were working, both had poor attitudes from the start like the customers were ruining their down time, me and my boyfriend went through ordering our subs as usual, when he was asked by the girl what he wanted on his sub she started putting something he had not asked for on his sub when he pointed this out she rudely said well then what do you want on your sub, he was taken back, when it came to cashing out we showed an entertainment book coupon from 2018 to the guy who said they aren’t allowed to accept those, I explained an older gentleman last week explained that they are accepting the new coupons, when I said this he got really nasty and said no, I asked to speak to a manager about the situation and how I was being treated he said I’m the bosses son, I then asked if he would call him then, he said on a Friday night and ruin his night? No. I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me, after asking several more times he FINALLY told me his name was Andy, and that I could take my business down the road to another subway. Being from Hamburg I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience with the son of the owner and to advise them to also take their business elsewhere. Terrible representation of...

When we 1st pulled in to pull into the handicap spot there was a white car with it's car door wide open blocking 2/3rd of the driveway,( come to find out it was the owners ) when we wanted to use the handicap ramp there was loose boards and part of the ramp looked like it was collapsing ( very unsafe). When we walked in the nice young man greeted us, I inquired about the white car and was greeted with attitude by a older gentleman about my age like he was ready to fight me. My fiance and I are both disabled, We will definitely not do business again...

Haven't been in this one in a while but always would get the egg w veggies on the FLATBREAD. Always loved it !!! Used to be delicious. So ordered that. And OMG, so shocked to see that the flatbread was PAPER THIN w Absolutely NO TASTE, tasted like cardboard, and the bread was thinner than cardboard actually!!!! Terrible!!! Soooo disappointing!
