I am very disappointed. I don’t get to Saranac Lake very often, with that being said, I usually get there on Thursdays. I was hoping they’d have something exciting, but no, it was the same random stuff! I used to love the spring rolls, but they aren’t ever there any more. Yesterday, they finally had a soba noodle salad that had NO peanuts or nuts. I am highly allergic to peanuts and walnuts. Sadly it always seems when I’m there, the sandwiches have mayo( which I despise), or peanuts/ PB, or due to being on dialysis, there certain things I can eat. The last couple of times I have been to Noris it’s been hit or miss The cherry vanilla biscotti was delicious, but definitely wasn’t a biscotti! However, they weren’t crunchy, they were still doughy and wet in the middle. I was so disappointed. The last time I was there in November, I got a Caprese sandwich, I was excited, but the tomatoes were slimy, and mozzarella was barely there, and I had an entire Ike’s of spinach, the bread was hard , and it been slathered in garlic Mayo, that tasted off. I spit the bite out, and threw it away. They used to have amazing sandwiches, yesterday when I was there, they looked terrible. I am not going to pay $6 for a soggy sandwich. The coffee was good though. I wish they had the mushroom po boys, the falafel, all the spring rolls, and all the amazing stuff they had before! Noris grab and go food selection has...

Read moreWe have been customers here for many years and have spent alot of money. Today when we were there my wife grabbed a bag of of chips and opened them to eat because she was very hungry. To her the chips tasted rancid even though the exp. Date was in April...when she brought it to the attention of the attendant he said he would have to call the manager. When she showed up she lit into my wife in a condescending and rude tone. "You should Not have done that!". Like she had committed a crime!... When she explained she wasn't trying to get out of paying ...she was just bringing it to her attention that she might have a bad product. The manager was focused on her paying for it regardless. I've never had a problem returning products to any grocery store and they always refunded me my money. I don't know if this manager is new or what but she should Not by dealing with customers. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to Noris...this left us with a very bad taste...
