Workers being inconsistent lately. A few days ago I ordered 2 orders on Monsterella Sticks among other items. Before leaving the drive through, I reminded the cashier not to forget the marinara sauces, to which he assured me, were in the bag. After I drove off, guess what, no marinara. Had to fight that traffic and go back. When I pulled up, the same guy, right away, gives a half apology and admits that they are out of marinara sauce. Why did he lie to begin with. When I got home, I also realized that they did not give me the apple pie that comes with $4 meal. Went back the next day for lunch. I told the same guy that he forgot to give me a pie the previous day. He smiled and said ok, but did not make amends by giving me the pie, there and then. What is his problem? Maybe he thinks Black people are trying to get over or is he just an airhead???
Went back today to order the $4 meal. Although they have a big sign that it's available, the drive through clerk told me it is not available at this time. Is the $4 deal done with? If so, get rid of the sign then. Won't be back to...
Read moreI just placed an order through Uber eats, and it didn’t give me the option to mix my milkshake (which I always do whenever I come to the physical location) I contacted the store 6 times and got no answer. I then proceeded to text my Uber delivery guy and asked him to relay my request. He calls me 2 minutes after arriving at the restaurant and lets me know that she is denying my request as well as said “I made the order 20 minutes ago it’s too late” I got on the phone with her and her excuse for not fixing my shake was “how was I suppose to know it’s not on the paper?” When I contacted her 6 TIMES to let her know. I asked her multiple times what is so hard about fixing a milkshake and her excuse was “I can’t” and “I should’ve said it before hand”. She was rude from the beginning of the phone call to the end. Read moreOrder food through DoorDash items were missing. Contacted DoorDash just to get a denial request. Also the Dasher contacted DoorDash and they still did nothing. Contacted the store number didn’t work. Had to take an Uber to the store which cost $15 going and then $21 coming back. Get to the store let them know what was missing and ask them to make the whole order fresh and they said no they were only making the missing items. Mind you the store was only 10 minutes from where I was located. So on DoorDash with fees and everything I spent $51. Plus $36 on transportation just not to get the right thing and still was denied proper service. Food was cold and old no resolution. Would not return back to this checkers. Customer service is horrible. For all the money I spent I could’ve went to a restaurant. This is so disgraceful and corporate needs to be contacted. Because what type of people are...
