Chili’s in Westbury Long Island is by far the best place to eat lunch or dinner

The food is delicious and very reasonable

I would strongly recommend eating here every night or at least a few times a week

I would like to acknowledge a wonderful server that works at this location

Her name is Gabby

How will you know Gabby when you see her?

Look for a female server with a million dollar personality

Gabby always greets me with a warm and friendly personality better than most of your family would do for you

She is the reason that Chili’s is such an amazing place to eat and hang out

I would strongly recommend eating at Chili’s and meeting Gabby in the process

My father and I went to chili’s in Westbury New York last night

He was getting over a bad cold from earlier in the week

My father told me I don’t feel like eating much considering I have been on antibiotics all week

The good news is that he felt well enough to go to Chili’s 🌶️ and said I go to speak with Gabby and the friendliest restaurant staff on Long Island

When Gabby saw my father last night she was concerned he was feeling ok

She wanted to make sure he was eating something and gave him some bread 🥖 and nacho chips because it was easy to eat after being on antibiotics all week

Gabby knew it was important to have my father eat something so the antibiotics didn’t screw up his stomach

She was extremely busy last night making sure all her customers had a great dinning experience

Gabby still took the time to check on my father multiple times last night to make sure he was ok

She asked me to keep her posted on how my father is feeling when i see her again at Chili’s

I do have one request

Please keep Gabby in the lounge area anytime she is working

This young woman has a million dollar 💵 sincere personality and should be seen as soon as you get in the front door of the restaurant

I also want to mention that the entire Chili’s staff is wonderful and I enjoy speaking with all of them as well

Chili’s Westbury has the best food on Long Island

I also want to mention I have a very sensitive stomach probably the most sensitive of anybody who ate in Chili’s and they cook my food without any spices special for me

There are few restaurants that accommodate me the way Chili’s staff does

Once again thank you Gabby and the entire Chili’s staff for all you do for me

I think of all of you like family and friends

Stop what you are doing and go to Chili’s worth the time the money and most of all the dinning experience

My father and I are in Westbury Chili’s atleast 2 times a week

He is a disabled Vietnam veteran who recently had 6 surgeries

We look for a place with great food and a great staff when we dine out

Chili’s is by far the best place to eat if you are looking for quality food at a reasonable price

It is also always a great dining experience with the friendliest and most caring staff in any restaurant in the USA

I would like to mention a young intelligent hard working woman with an amazing personality

This woman is a college student and food runner in Westbury Chili’s

Natalie is intelligent caring hard working and has a great personality

I think Natalie should be a server in Chili’s

Natalie always takes the time to come by and check on us no matter how busy she is on her shift

Natalie is an asset to Westbury Chili’s

I consider entire Chili’s staff my family and friends

It is nice to see Natalie and other staff members making sure we have a great dining experience

Chili’s has helped me get through a very difficult time in my life over the past few years dealing with the following things

my father’s 6 surgeries

my very good friend’s unexpected sudden death

my mom’s unexpected death

thanks Chili’s entire staff for your emotional support when i needed it

Worst door dash experience ever! Disgusting employee! Careless managers!

I went to this store calmly showed them my order and waited patiently in my car for 20-30 minutes. The lady on the left finally brought the food to my car. She handed me the food and I accepted it. She was ready to hand me the drink and I saw sooo much of it spilled on the side. I pointed the mess out to her and told her that I won't accept the drink like that. She wiped it off with her hand then offer it to me again. I said no, you need to go inside and clean that off properly or switch the cup, otherwise I will be handling a sticky cup. She gets frustrated and tells me "I don't have time for this I have a job to do!" I told her this is her job and I won't accept it until it's prepared in a presentable manner. So I handed her the food back and she storms back inside and says "fine cancel the order then!" So I'm upset now. So I angrily get out my car and as calmly as possible I ask the other employees for the manager, the point me to the male manager(the man on the right). So I waited for him to come to me and I told him "I have a problem I have a problem with one of your employees. Can I talk to you outside" So I told him everything that just happened. We went inside and since I thought he was handling it I went to my car and waited. The female manager(lady in the middle) brings the order to my car again with a cup that looks exactly like the sticky cup. Mind you when she came to my car, she didn't tell me that she was another manager, which is super unprofessional after I just made a complaint to the person I thought was the only manager about an issue with an employee. Apparently the employee told the female manager he side of the story, and immediately she sided with her, without hearing what I had to say about it, which once again is super unprofessional and disrespectful in the position of a manager. So I deny the cup again and she tells me fine cancel the order. I call for the manager again, and she says "I am the manager!" So as I'm talking to the male manager inside to confirm if she's a manager too, she comes inside arguing with me to take the order or unassign it, and I'm arguing back with frustration that every order needs to be prepared in a presentable manner and that it's not hard to do. The male manager is siding with the female manager now, which I understand because he was the only male staff member I saw in that restaurant, but he could of at least replaced or cleaned the cup himself if he didn't want to go against them. So the arguing continues and the female manager had the nerve to tell me "doordash is partnered with the restaurant, SO YOU WORK FOR ME!" She doesn't understand that Drivers work with her not for her. So once she said that I went off on her, the arguing continues, and the female manager calls up doordash support telling them a false story asking them to unassign me and block me from the restaurant. Eventually I was unassigned, then I calmly left the restaurant and continued on to a much higher paying order.

For all viewing this I must say, I've done deliveries from this restaurant several times for YEARS while NEVER having an issue with any of the staff members with the order prep or even in general. I genuinely believe their staff is good all except those 2 disappointing women in the picture. The male manager needs to be retrained, but I think he can still be a good manager.

There are restaurant workers that despise door dash drivers for some reason and think it's okay to treat them and the customer's order like garbage. I strongly believe the 2 women in this picture falls within that category.

All I expect from restaurants I deliver from is to do their job in responding to me when I arrive showing my order and them bringing me an order that's presentable enough to give to a customer. That's all I have to say. I never noticed those 2 women there in my previous deliveries. Hopefully, I won't see them again, since doordash doesn't block drivers from...

Went to Chili's for what I believe was either my first time, or my first time in quite a long time. Went with a group of about 10 guys, and this was the general consensus. We arrived at about 8:30 at night on a Friday, and it was actually quite busy.

They were able to accomodate us quickly though, putting together a couple of tables. We all ordered our respective entrées and appetizers. The food came out a bit slow, but it wasn't too bad. I'm thinking because it was quite busy when we were there, and because restaurants usually like to bring out all of a table's appetizers, entrées, etc. at the same time. Many people ordered the 3 for $10's and 2 person dinner meals for $25, both of which are quite good deals - I would recommend you take a look at the menu for more info on these. I ordered a starter plate of classical buffalo wings, and decided to try the Chili's version of chicken and waffles, "Honey-Chipotle Crispers & Waffles." The wings were pretty good, as well as fairly priced. They had a good amount of meat on them, were tasty, and the blue cheese sauce was good. My only gripe was that they could've been a bit more crispy. The chicken and waffles, though, really surprised me. I had low expectations given this was a chili's after all, but the chicken and waffles dish was actually very delicious. The chicken was crispy and had very good flavor, and the waffles had just the right amount of sweetness (I've had waffles that are way too sweet and sugary before and they are not enjoyable). When taking a bite of the two together I was thoroughly pleased, and my expectations were far exceeded. I would absolutely recommend you get the chicken and waffles from chili's. What I wasn't too pleased with though, was the French fries. They were perhaps the most mediocre fries that I had ever had, and lacked any real flavor. Next time maybe I would try the loaded or mashed potatoes instead.

Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The service was overall good, far from special and a bit slow though. The food was priced well for what it was. I believe that my experience was worthy of 4 stars, and this is a good rating for what my experience entailed. I would go back to this Chili's (or others) in the future, and look forward to having their chicken and...
