Disappointing First Experience at Coco Bubble Tea – Request for Full Refund I regret to share my deeply frustrating experience at Coco Bubble Tea, which will undoubtedly be my last visit. As a first-time customer, I was excited to try your offerings but left feeling misled and disrespected.
Promotion Not Honored: I specifically ordered under the advertised "Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off" deal, yet was charged full price. When I brought this to the server’s attention, I was dismissively told adjustments or refunds were not possible. This is unacceptable—false advertising and refusal to resolve billing errors reflect unethical practices.
Ignored Customization Requests: Both drinks were made with 30% sugar and NO ice per my request, yet they arrived sickeningly sweet and filled to the brim with ice. This disregard for basic customer preferences is inexcusable, especially for a business that charges premium prices.
Zero Accountability: The refusal to acknowledge these errors or offer solutions (even a remake or partial refund) demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism.
I demand a full refund from management and will escalate this matter if unresolved. Unfortunately, I cannot support a business that deceives customers and dismisses valid concerns. Competitors like Kung Fu Tea or Yass Tea consistently deliver transparency and quality—stick with them.

Read moreI was really excited to find out that there's a Coco fresh tea in Ranch 99 so I decided to give it a try. Milk tea was pretty good, but one of the female staff working on March 13th 2023 around 6PM was a bit rude. She took my order with annoyed tone and when it's time to retrieve my order, she called my number and then immediately moved onto the next customer asked her if she wanted a bag - I felt ignored. She did not offer me a bag. Not sure if I want to come back again... I could of gone to another tea place with better and more welcoming service.
