I came here on Aug. 31 at 5:30pm for a birthday party. On a positive note, my kids had a great time. They enjoyed the games and getting the tickets and their prizes. The food was good and Camille (our server) did a good job taking care of things. On a negative note: My son fell down because he slipped on the wet floor at the beverage area, I was told by one of the workers. He scrapped his elbow pretty bad. When I asked him for a bandaid, he went to get me one. I waited and waited about 10 minutes in front of the beverage area. I noticed no “WET FLOOR” sign as a worker was mopping the area up. Finally, I got tired of waiting for the bandage so I started asking strangers for a bandage until a parent was able to give me a bandage so i can try to cover up his bleeding elbow. The worker finally came to me a while later with paper and wipes but no bandage. I am incredibly surprised that a place who’s job is to entertain children would not have a fully stocked first aid kit at all times. I didn’t even get an apology from the worker or the manager for the inconvenience. In a place surrounded with children, it is very important to have vigilant workers making sure that if something is wet that it is promptly taken cared of and at the very least immediately put a wet floor sign and close off the area to avoid injuries. The manager needs to be more aware of what is going on. I wouldn’t be surprised if the worker never informed him of this incident and if he did, the appropriate thing would have been to come and try to make things right. I hope that in the future the workers and manager could be more proactive in avoiding possible problems and also taking care of problems in a more caring way. Ps. Please get a first aid kit.......
Read moreWent there today 071119 and had terrible experience, I ordered 2 extra large pizzas with pepperoni plus 6 drinks and a side of fries..... I asked for my order an hour after and I got a very rude response from the manager. I told her that i can wait for my order and just needed to know how much longer? She said: your order is ready (without manners). Went back to my table and wait another 15 minutes, my order never arrive so I went back to her and asked for my refund. She was upset and charged me for my drinks, I had my nieces, nephew and my kids and it's fine to pay for anything we consumed but I asked her why she charged me when: she made me wait over and hour. There was noone on the floor to fix those machine. I swiped the card and didn't work because the machine wasnt working. there was no tickets and noone to fix it. nobody at the register to take my order. my kids swiped the card but there is no balls, no coins..... what is this? As a courtesy we shouldn't get charge or at least never get her attitude. I was always visiting this location AND SPENT A LOT OF MONEY but won't comeback anymore.. bought 6 cards X $23 = $138. plus $73 for my order but get $43 refunded.

Read moreThe staff customer service was TERRIBLE. It was a Friday night and I expected a little craziness but it wasn't busy at all. I asked the manager what was the difference between time and tokens on the kiosk (to avoid the line) and she said she could better assist me at the register, yet I stood in line for 30 minutes to get tokens for my 14 month old nephew who was deeply disturbed (crying and ranting) because he didn't understand why we were waiting and he couldn't play. Half of the games took my tokens and didn't give me tickets. There was no one to call to help on the floor. I had to purchase the ball he wanted from the prize station and the girl behind the counter was on her phone while I stood and waited. When I rested my nephew on the counter (because he is heavy and I am in recovery from a torn ACL) she looked up and said he can't sit there and went back to her phone. I said I just want to purchase that ball, and she disappeared in the back.. she came back with the ball and blew it up for him. She had an attitude the entire time. The weirdest part about it is her lanyard with her name tag on it said, "In training". All I could think to myself was "who is training her to be like this"?!? It was a disgusting horrible experience. I will NOT EVER be back!!! Horrible. This was Friday June...
