Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

After reading about how shameful certain employee(s) can make a U.S. military member feel humiliated, leaves me to not want to visit that store again. Unless maybe those who committed this very disgraceful act apologizes not only to him but to all veterans who served by making a remorseful apology in the Herald as well as all four major newspapers and as many as possible TV news stations. Maybe then we can say we forgive you again and I may come back.

Maybe if those who did the insulting, joined the military as part of their remorsefulness, they may then start to see how wrong they were and then have true sincerity in their remorsefulness.

To that gentleman who put his life on the line for a then young little kid like me, I just want to apologize for those who humiliated you. I only hope they learned their lesson.

I ordered an egg and cheese croissant from Dunkin’ Donuts this morning, but after coming home, I was extremely disappointed and upset to discover it contained pork. As a Muslim, my religion strictly forbids the consumption of pork and related products. I specifically chose an egg and cheese item to avoid any issues, yet I was unknowingly served something that goes against my religious beliefs.

This mistake is unacceptable. Dunkin’ should ensure that orders are handled with attention and care, especially when it comes to dietary and religious restrictions. Mislabeling or mishandling orders like this shows a serious lack of responsibility and consideration. I hope Dunkin’ takes this matter seriously and improves its quality control to avoid putting customers in such uncomfortable and distressing situations...

Writing a review about a Dunkin’ Donuts does seem a little silly to me, but exceptional service should always be recognized just as much or more so than poor service in my eyes. I just finished my visit at this Dunkin’ Donuts for a midday pick me up macchiato, and the cashier was absolutely wonderful. I have never had a positive experience at a Dunkin’ Donuts on Long Island until visiting this location. I mentioned to The cashier that I don’t like a lot of milk in my coffee, which I feel a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts in the area ignore, but even in the rush he took the time to make my drink for me so it would come out right. The drink is perfect and I really appreciate the great service. This will be my go to Dunkin‘ Donuts...
