Jack's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I used to love this place.. Was so stoked that they reopened it n the food was great... Until they started overcharging! I ordered 2 sides of chicken cutlets n penne ala vodka n was charged $75 without warning.. Now I order one pie with two halves, both of which are priced at $21 n they tell me it's $25+tax..when I ask the girl about it the "owner of this business" gets on the phone n starts screaming at me "do u want the pie or not!".. Doesn't seem like she appreciates loyal customers n u can make the best damn pizza in the world but I will not tolerate being spoken to like that.. See...

We went there last night for takeout. The man in the cashier is the best. I asked him questions and he was very accomodating considering they were so busy.. It's our first time to get food from here and it won't be the last. The pasta is good we ordered the penne ala vodka and 3 slices of pizza. The sauce is light not overpowering. We liked it a lot. The pizza crust is crispy on the outside and soft inside.. we are not italian but for us it's good! We will eat dine in next time cause we felt the homey athmosphere while waiting for our food. That , nice staff and good...

Pizza is out of this world. Just moved to IP and already had Jacks 3x in our first 2 weeks of living here. 🤷‍♀️ Try a pie with pepperoni, extra cheese, extra sauce - Dough is cooked perfectly, when you bite into it, it has a slight soft crunch and then just melts into your mouth. I typically hate crust but this one is . Sauce and cheese are awesome, pepperoni a little spicy, it’s fire. Honestly this pizza is bomb I’m really happy for you and the experience you’re about to have....
