For the last several years we have been going to CALDA Pizza across Hempstead Tpk.. Not only is it an annoyance their pies were not up to the quality they used to be . So recently my husband decided on his way home to stop at LOMBARDO’S which is right on Division Ave. so close to our home. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of their pie and the price is well below that of CALDA. Their pie is a cross between a regular cheese pie and that of a Sicilian. Their sauce is delicious and you can tell that Mozzarella is top of the line. The best part has to be the crust which encompasses the bottom right up to the edge. All coated in Sesame Seeds. The Best! We are now going to be frequenting LOMBARDO’S not only for their pies but for what they offer from their menu. ** Delivery is available.

your definitely missing out if you have never ordered from Lombardi's. The pizza is the best around the Levittown area, and it heats up the next day like no other. Even the crust. I guess that's from the the special ingredient they use on the crust. the first time I wasn't sure how I felt about it. One of the very few places that knows how to put chicken on pizza . The heros are amazing and same with the pasta. I would say this is the most under-rated pizza spot on long island. They are generous with loyal customers and will treat everyone right.

The Pizza itself was lacking flavor. The crust was pretty thick which I do NOT like on my pizza. The texture of the crust itself was pretty good since, if I'm not mistaken, they use panko for their crust. But the sauce and the cheese did not have much flavor. Staff was ok. Not friendly but not rude either. Place is kept pretty clean, so I give them props for that

Really just terrible. I placed an order for a large pie 2 weeks ago at approximately 6:30PM and paid by credit card. Drove to the restaurant and got there at 6:50PM. The restaurant was closed and no one was there. There was no contact by the restaurant to let us know they had closed early and that they canceled the order. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I figured it must have been a one-off situation and two weeks later (yesterday) I placed an order via Grubhub for pickup. When I got to the restaurant I was told the order had been canceled. I tried explaining that the order had been placed for pickup and not delivery but the individual stated the order was canceled. I asked what the reason was and basically received a shrug. Instead of arguing with the worker, I called in an attempt to speak with the owner. After explaining the situation I was told that the Grubhub driver took too long to get there and the order had been canceled. I tried explaining that the order was for pickup and not delivery, but the person I was speaking with was unable to comprehend this basic fact. The individual shouted "order canceled" and hung up. With such as horrible attitude, poor business practices, and blatant disrespect towards customers with no good reason, I don't know how this establishment stays in business. For a supposed family-owned business, the blatand disregard for basic courtesy towards a customer is pretty shocking. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB since I was forced to dispute an illegal and invalid charge to my credit card without...

This place is absolutely amazing. I am a professional chef myself and one of my duties is to prepare my teams for Joint Commission, and health inspections, so I'm very picky when it comes to eat outside. I was very happy to find a place so impeccable like this. The lady at the front counter is so kind, wearing her hair up, fully uniform, clean nails, clean apron as well as the cook. The restaurant looks very well taken care of, clean organized, shiny tables,(normally at this type of take out pizzerias the tables are dirty) but my family and I were so impressed that we decided to stay and dine in. The food was delicious, we had a large Buffalo chicken pizza,"The dough is very particular, never tasted something like this before, crunchy, crispy with a very joyful texture". My husband, a very picky Italian man, ate the Meet Lasagna and for dessert we got tiramisu. We love, love every bite of it.

We definitely will come back every time we go...

Giving 4 stars because the food is so fresh, made to order and very tasty. Ordered by phone. Had to correct the nice woman taking my order because I always have the recipient repeat what I ordered. My diction is perfect American English, hers not. Absolutely NO points lost there. The food. Ordered Chicken Francese, a calzone with spinach, a Stromboli roll. The chicken dish was fresh, tasty, something traditional missing. Maybe the ingredients are commercial grade. The calzone, if you are looking for a NY Italian style pizza dough, this is not for you. Same with the Stromboli "roll" which was not rolled. It was a mixed meat calzone. The dough, although delicious, is sweet like a desert bread. I would give 5 stars were I were in Iowa, but not New York. These are Midwestern inauthentic nothing Italian about it fare, yet still worth a try. To have foods made to order instead of sitting at a counter all day is...
