Firstly i think everyone should be aware this is not a 24 hours location. Idk why but dont make the mistake of ordering on the app and wasting your time coming here only dor it to be closed and now you have to fight with customer service for a refund or credit. Aside from the fact you still need to eat.
But anyway, I came here and used the kiosk. Very clean and smooth in and out. Took a little long for the order to be ready with not many other customers inside. Right before I was about to ask about my order, the guy yells out my number. Cool. Hands me the bag and walks away without saying anything. I'm thinking "where's my drink?" I am a fairly patient person and I realize alot of confrontations and altercations stem from impatience. So I wait a few seconds to see if he comes back with the drink. He walks by me, like 4 times before I ask about it when he points and says "it's coming" but with what I felt was an attitude. Again, I zip my mouth bc im bout to ask homeboy to step outside. Nobody wants that.
But how hard is it to just communicate a little bit. I haven't been inside this location in quite a few months. I had no idea they changed their drink system and you no longer fill your own. They have this drink conveyer belt thing in the back that takes way too long, hence why I was standing there for a minute or so wondering where my drink was.
It's not a big deal but just a small interaction like this on the rare occasion I actually stepped inside, rather than order via the app, just gives me the impression that these people are nasty and I should stick with mobile ordering.

Read morein my experience over the last few times I went to order i feel they are carelessly providing service. With no regards to the customers experience and expections. I order my food well done and it’s never well done, they believe customer won’t realize the difference because most just accept what they’re offered and continue their day but not me , I constantly have to bring my food back and give to the staff and tell them I’m aware when my orders are well cooked and they still happen to get it wrong sometimes, even my coffee during evening and late hours taste very old and stale as if they just giving you old drinks and food also they never provide napkins or Condiments when you drive threw and order. It’s as if they try to rush you & tell you move forward for others in line and when you move your order is usually incorrect which is very frustrating. Overall I believe when the McDonald’s first open the quality and service was much better but now this generation of many young immature staff base has provided a poor customer service especially with the lack of supervision in the teens playing/joking around freely while people food isn’t being taken seriously. This isn’t fair to people looking for a good quality meal spending their hard earned money especially with the rising cost of everything these days I believe it’s ridiculous regardless if fast food or not. Read moreI ordered a large strawberry shake w/ ice cream to make it thicker due to the shake being so watery @ times & a medium fries straight from the fryer online @ Macdonald’s in Lawrence, Ny. When I received my order the fries was cold and the milkshake didn’t have the ice cream that I ordered. I went bk to the restaurant and told them that neither of my food items is how I ordered. Lisa, one of the managers (pic below) stated “we don’t make special items according to what the customers want @ this restaurant go somewhere else if you want special made items” I told her no problem bcuz I refused to pay close to $10 for a larger strawberry shake & be talked about bcuz I want my fries fresh from the fryer and my shake w/ ice cream due to their shakes not being thick to my liking.
