I came here years ago and the food was good. Today I ordered here and got a margarita pizza the eight slice 17 inch but was given a rectangular pizza(?) and was given some kind of pasta that they said was just like baked ziti, but has a different pasta and with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (baked ziti was not on the menu). Im sorry to say, but I would not come back. The food did not taste good at all, not like it did a few years back when I had dined in. I paid $60 for my food. The pasta had no likeness to any kind of baked ziti, it looked like there was no cheese, just pasta, and there was what seemed to be eggplant in it (it ended up that it was not eggplant, it was chicken (I’m a vegetarian) and there was garlic all over it ( the lady on the phone never mentioned it having garlic or chicken). It tasted terrible. I was told it was a “special”. Pizza from a gas station tastes better than what they gave me. I had asked for plates and napkins but was only given plates. The gentleman (manager?) behind the counter asked me several times if I lived around here and if I’ve ever ate there. I have no idea why he inquired several times. But I’m sorry they’ve lost a customer today from expensive food that tastes mediocre.. Want really good margarita pizza? Go to VI Pizza in Bayside, Queens.. It’s incredible.

Edited 2/21/25 yesterday when I got home I called them and they told me they tried contacting me to let me know (? I didn’t receive any calls)they gave me the wrong pasta. They said they were very sorry and asked for my address to make it right. Their delivery came to my door within half an hour to 45 minutes later and I received baked ziti ( my daughter said it tasted like baked ziti so that’s a plus) and they gave us an order of complimentary zeppoli with Nutella(very nice gesture for them to do that) The zeppoli was on the hard side, not like the soft zeppoli we get from carnivals, but again, it was a very nice gesture. Forgot to take pictures of the delivery order but my daughter was happy to see and...

I'd give them zero stars if I could. The people that work here are so rude and incompetent. I will never go back here again. I placed an online takeout order for a personal pizza and a caprese salad and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant 45 minutes later and was told my food would be ready soon. Shortly after I arrived I saw the cook put a pizza on top of the oven and a few minutes later someone else put a brown bag on the counter. The girl who told me my food would be ready soon looked at the pizza on top of the oven and went about her business. After waiting 20 minutes I asked where my food was and was told the pizza was in the oven. After another 20 minutes of pizza's going in and out of the oven and all of them being taken away by the waitresses I asked again and low and behold she takes the pizza that's been sitting on top of the over for 40 minutes and the bag that was on the counter. I said that's been there the whole time I've been here and she said no it just came out. I said I was standing here the whole time and that box has been there. No response. Then I opened the box and put my finger on the pizza and asked if the pizza just came out why is it ice cold? No response. Nothing. Not an offer for a discount, not an "I'm sorry" not even trying to argue with me. She litterally just ignored me and walked away. I've had other issues before with them taking way longer to make the food then they estimated, but this was by far the worst. I will never come...

Unfortunately I've had to change my initial review from 4 stars to 1. We placed an order for delivery this evening at 5:02pm. They told us it would be about an hour. At 6:05 I called for an update and they told us the driver should be right around the corner. At 6:17 I call back again and they have me on hold for a total of over 7 minutes only to tell me that the driver gave the food to someone else and that they have to remake and send out. We had to leave our house at 6:30pm so I told them to cancel the order.

Now the 1 star isn't due to the mistake as I understand mistakes happen. The 1 star is for the complete and total apathy of the woman I spoke to. She didn't care in the least about this error, was unbelievably indifferent and instead said, "Well I guess I can refund your money then", and hung up. No apology, no thank you, not even a good-bye. As though it was a huge inconvenience for her to have to manage this situation. In this era of COVID regulations that have especially put a damper on the food industry, this is a very poor way to maintain a restaurant business. And sadly they've lost us...

I pass this place all the time on the way home and today I figured I'll give it a try! The restaurant looks pretty small but the environment feels very clean and relaxing atmosphere. However they are pretty pricey. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza for $16, I wasn't that impressed by the look of the pizza, and they don't slice the pizza either. I thought maybe the taste would be worth the price but it wasn't. It was very mediocre and underwhelming. I probably wouldn't go here again. The other items they have such as pastas, etc might be good, but in terms of pizza, it didn't leave me a lasting impression.

Honestly the pizza here personally sucked to me. A lot of people say the pizza is delicious and super authentic and I do agree that it is authentic “Italian” pizza BUT the crust is too much. It’s barely any sauce or toppings all you taste is crust. Wish the pizzas had more coverage on top and less bread. We ordered a bunch of pies and 7/10 of my family members said they wouldn’t eat it again. I would give it a second try if somebody bought it but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.
