Shah's Halal Food — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free offer through Uber Eats. While adding items to my cart, the second order wasn't displayed separately; instead, it automatically combined them as "add2." I provided instructions and a note for the second order. The store called multiple times to clarify and confirm the order. Unfortunately, upon delivery they only sent one, and that was wrong as well... When I called to address the issue, the response was indifferent, suggesting I cancel as if the Uber Eats driver hadn't delivered it. I'm disappointed with the service, particularly with an employee named Oscar, who displayed disrespect. It's disheartening to experience such rudeness from someone representing Shah's Halal Food, and I'm reluctant to order from this location again due to this...

Francisco was very stingy with the chicken and was going to charge me $3 more for extra chicken, first time having food from here and it was good definitely 1 is not enough and you won’t be filled. GET 2 TRUST ME. 1 thing I must say they GIVE THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF SAUCE! AND THE FOOD IS NOT COSTLY

I knocked off 2 stars because I asked for just a little bit more chicken but like I said FRANCISCO WANTED TO CHARGE ME $3 more for it.

the place is very welcoming except they should clean the entry way and have it power washed because from entering there OUTSIDE STEP AREA IS NOT BRIGHT and CLEAN AS IT SHOULD BE.

I was on my way home and realized this new restaurant was open at the Freeport shopping center on Sunrise Hwy. Decided to stop by and try it out for my family and I to have it for dinner. Absolutely no regrets! I was greeted by a friendly counter employee and he took my order right away. Place is super clean, and organized. The gentleman explained to me the difference meals and proteins that they have. I took home both the chicken Platter and Gyros and they tasted amazing, even my picky toddler loved it. I also took home a couple of their Falafel's with Hummus and it was also a hit. I will surely return to this restaurant. I also met the owner on my way out and he was really friendly.
