They were hesitant to great me when I walked in. I didn’t think much into it until another woman walked in after I ordered and was met with enthusiasm. I told the first cashier very politely that I needed time as I had never looked at the menu before and she okay. Within 45 seconds to a minute the other cashier Jalissa seemed aggravated at me taking my time, inhaled sharply and very curtly said “is there anything I can help you with” as if there was some type of time restriction or my presence was a bother. Tonality is key. With me being the only individual on line at the time I felt there was an underlying issue present. Kindness is a virtue, especially whilstworking in a customer service...

The owner is a horrible abusive lady. She treats contractors in a disgusting slave manner. Delivery services are already an underpaid service. She told me she reported me for waiting for her customers' order to be ready. She claimed that I wasn't waiting when in fact I was and also risking getting towed since there is only illegal parking available. She is insane and expected me to still deliver the order to her customer. She will try to get drivers deactivated or banned to make her store look good. The owner could have called me or marked order ready on the app. She didn't do anything before she reported me. The staff told me it will be a few minutes when I arrived to pickup order....

Absolutely love the fresh crepes, waffles, teas, muffins, and donuts. Always my go to place for a healthy drink or meal that’s packed with nutritional value. New holiday drinks come out for a limited time and are always a pleasure to try and are always AMAZING! Just when I thought the food was good, the staff is even better. They’re always a pleasure to talk to while waiting for your food or drinks to be made. They are very welcoming and make you feel like part of the team!...
