After placing a $45 order, I was given my order incomplete. Upon realizing that the order was missing items myself and the employee that brought out the food verified what was missing and she went in to get the missing items. After waiting several additional minutes a women comes out and with the most unprofessional, inexcusable attitude I have ever encountered demanded that I give her the bag so she can inspect it herself. After I politely asked why we had to do this again, because now the food I have is getting cold and I still don’t have the missing items, she puts her hand up to my face and tells me “she’s the store manager and she needs to check and I have to wait because we said we are missing items” As this is happening the girl who bagged the order came out and the manger turns to her and says “you messed up the order look now what I have to deal with”. At this point I was extremely upset and wanted nothing to do with her or that store. I got out of my car and went in so she could give me a full refund. All the while she is continuing to argue and be disrespectful to myself and my wife. I could only hope that no one has to ever experience such careless disrespect and unprofessionalism. Read moreHello. Normally I don’t write bad reviews. But I have to say about this Indian lady cashier. I was ordering food and she was slurring the words and half asleep. She looked very miserable. I know her. I asked for extra sour cream for my potato and she tells me it’s very expensive for the owner right now and she’ll just do me a favor and give me an extra one and I was willing to pay for the extra one. Then she throws it on my tray like she’s doing me a favor. I even gave a donation over here when I paid. She’s very nasty. What the manager needs to do is tell her to go home. The customer service was horrible. We shouldn’t have to experience this. Eating out is supposed to be fun. It’s 12:43 PM. That’s the time it happened. If she doesn’t like her job, she should find another one that is suitable for her besides customer service thanks for listening. Wendy's provides training to staff (computer) however the training is also rushed because it's during their work time. How do I know...I used to work for Wendy's and provided great customer service not due to their online training courses there but because of my previous work experiences else where. Yes it's important to flip burgers fry fries and get the customer's in and out but... Getting customers IN is key (to making money) what gets the customer's in and keep them coming?
