This is the 3rd and last time we will go to this place. Last xperiences was beyond horrible. First experience was barely decent. First time it was mostly empty. The waitress ignored all customers except a single man who she heavily flirted with. Food was basic and ok. Nothing more.
Second time, different waitress who was nice. Food again was basic and ok.
Third time, they were a little busy but not too busy. Waited at least 40 minutes for our food after we ordered but never got it. After about 1/2 hour the waitress came by and told us we'd be getting our food right after 1 more table, and she pointed to the table. She then went and brought that table their food. We waited at least 5 more minutes for our BLT and chicken tenders kids meal. Nothing.
That's when I decided we'd just pay for our drinks and go. We went over to the cash register and told the lady there we'd waited too long and wanted to just pay for our drinks and go somewhere else. She asked us to wait and then went over to speak to our waitress. The waitress said our food was up and she was just about to serve it to us. So we sat back down. But then it turned out the order was not even stated yet and we'd have to wait at least another 5 minutes. So basically we were lied to. I told them again we'd just like to pay for our drinks. The waitress started arguing with me because she thought 5 more minutes was not too long to wait. I told her I wasn't going to argue with her. I turned around and she said, "Merry Christmas" in a very nasty way to my back.
The lady at the counter started ringing up our drinks but couldn't find the price of a soda on the menu and didn't know it off-hand. I asked to speak to the owner at this point because this was beyond ridiculous. She went over to our waitress who told her to comp the drinks. Thank you. Owner never appeared and when I asked again, I was told the waitress was the owner. Both the cashier and the waitress/ owner were laughing at us at this point. The cashier said to the people behind us cashing out, "I don't know what her problem was." While she continued to laugh.

I called Bobs restaurant at 1:35pm on a Sunday afternoon and talked to a girl seeking to order a to go order. She indicated that the restaurant stops taking orders at 1:45pm. I said, your hours state that you are open until 2pm? The employee said well if you can get to the restaurant by 1:45pm, we'll take your order. Again, I said then why are your hours of being open till 2pm? The employee hung up on me. I call back and said I can be at the restaurant in 10 minutes, which would be 1:50pm and the girl said we are closed by then. Again, I stated that the hours you are open is until 2pm? I asked to talk to a manager and the girl employee said my mother is the manager so she will say the same thing I am saying. I called a few more times to try to place and order but every time I called at 20 minutes before closing the phone was answered and hung up. I guess this Bobs restaurant condones incompetence. Regardless if this was the daughter of the owner I spoke to, I would fire her immediately based on this extremely poor customer service experience. Read morehad one of the most disturbing experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant here. I walked in 30 minutes before closing just for a quick meal and was immediately met with rudeness. The waitress flat-out lied, saying the kitchen was closed, even though I’ve eaten here at the same time before with no issue. I called afterward to explain how unprofessional that was, and things only got worse. The young male host literally mocked me, repeating, “We don’t care, we don’t care, and the audacity you had to come 30 minutes before closing.” Then the waitress jumped on the phone, laughed, and proudly told me she was the owner’s daughter. She then snapped, “We have things to do, we have to clean, we don’t have time we're closing.” The arrogance and nastiness were shocking. Instead of apologizing, they doubled down on being disrespectful and made it clear they think customers are an inconvenience. If the owner’s own daughter behaves this way, it explains why the staff feels entitled to mock and dismiss paying guests.
