Cam's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

This place is a disaster and disappointment. So an older guy w hearing aids helped me but seemed to having a bad day and when I was asked if I wanted my slice right away he seemed more agro and literally threw it in the oven. It was very busy to their credit, but the woman who seemed to be the manager (short hair thinner) was kinda nasty to the older guy and tried to be quiet but definitely was heard.

Sanitation wasn’t even an after thought. None of the employees had hairnets or beard guards. Did not see serv safe certifications. Younger guy wiped his nose and then started cutting pizza. So disgusting 🤮

Feel like a places hells kitchen should be on. There were home made hand written signs in plain view stating don’t slam phones on bright hilight papers. The one I thought was nice was the one that said not stupid ppl… not exact verbiage but pretty close “no stupid people…”

For god sales you had to be buzzed into the bathroom?!

Over all very greasy just a place that’s lost its pride and passion.

Very disappointed in this location compared to our local Cam's in Penn Yan. At first I was excited to find a Cam's close to my Drs. When I walked in I really liked the decor and that they had multiple options for slices but that's where it ended. I asked for a slice of pepperoni and it was about 1130am we were the only ones there and it was just before lunch and was told it would take 15 mins before any would be ready. Really it's lunch hour, but they're more concerned with specialty pizzas. So I got the Sweet and Tangy bacon and chicken pizza. Got my 2 slices and I was lucky if there was 4 pieces of chicken on each pizza and barely any bacon. I love Cam's because it's NY style pizza that's thin large slices and all greasy and Gooey cheese (that's what Penn Yan offers). Well I got thicker slices and they're from a large pizza not Slician pizza. So used to my slices hanging over the plates and these fit within the slices. I am really, exceptionally disappointed with your Henrietta store. The last 3 orders I have placed over the last 3 months, not one delivery has arrived within an hour, 2 have never arrived. The last time I suggested that your store not offer delivery anymore.

Tonight I ordered at 815pm, for delivery, decided to give it one more chance. At 925 I call the store, no answer. Weird. Call again. No answer. Check online, store hours say: 10pm. Extremely frustrated I get in my car and drive to the store, the lights are off, no one is there and the closed sign is up.

Are you serious? There is also no way to talk to a person through your 'OrderSnap' software, so I can't get a refund until tomorrow. Your Henrietta stores needs to stop offering delivery. Period. Full stop. They obviously do not have the drivers necessary to adequately support the area. You are not in a convenient locations, so good luck with your pickup business.
