I purchase dunking every morning for the past 3 weeks because I started a new job and this is the location of choice I’ve never ever had any prior issues until today when I came in sinking it was busy staff seemed stressed due to the high traffic and guest the manager cashed me out I ordered two donuts she put them in a bag I kindly asked for a box for my two donuts , I realized that I spent 14$ and I did not use my app as I do everyday I then asked the manger when she handed me my drink how do I get my points I also wanted to use the free donut app she rudely said I can just give you a free donut I said I don’t care for the free donut I would rather have my points is there a way , she with an attitude said she would have to refund the whole thing and do it over I said okay we can do that I started walking towards the cash out register she loudly yelled at me said to leave the restaurant claiming in rude everyday which is not true because I’ve never had any problems there other than asking for boxes when I order more than one donut . I left because I was screamed at and told I was not allowed back there I was told to leave without being given my full order I left and called asked for corporates number the manger said I can Google it and I asked for a refund for my food that was not given I was crying in tears she refused she said no refund I then called another Dunkin at another Henrietta location and she helped me refunded my money made my sandwich that was not given and the manger gave me a hug at the new location ! Read moreI don’t know what it is about Dunkin’ Donuts in this city but every time I go to one I’m stuck in the drive-thru for 5+ minutes, even if I am the only car on the line. There is no excuse for the painfully slow service I tend to always receive when I simply order a single coffee at DD. Today I went through the drive through and ordered a pumpkin spice cold foam brew and I was the only car in the lane until I pulled up to the window where there was already one car waiting there for his order. After waiting in line for over 5 minutes, the window finally opens and that’s when they took the drivers credit card to pay for the order and told him it will be right out. I just decided to leave at that point. I’ve never left a drive-thru after placing an order in my life but my patience has truly run out, pandemic be damned. I don’t understand why every time I order a coffee at nearly any Dunkin’ Donuts I am waiting and waiting; again, even if I am the only car there or there’s only one or two cars ahead of me. No big deal just go in and exchange…well that’s when the problem began.Cook didn’t know I was standing there and I heard her threaten my food. Yes, threaten my food like she was gonna do something to it. This was food that I was purchasing for my grand babies. When I brought it to the attention of the manager she defended the cook and said she never said that!! I was shocked!! I know what I heard and further more the manager was working the window she might not of heard her but to call me a lier and say it was never said was so insulting and very frustrating. I will NEVER return to this location..ever!! I am a die hard Dunkin fan. Love my Dunkin and so very disappointed in this location and Management.
