My FiancĂ© and I went to the 45 Jay Scutti Blvd Rochester,NY location for a late night snack. When pulling up to the establishment we sat for several minutes before somebody came over the intercom. Once we were ready to order the screen had went black as they were switching over to breakfast. My fiancĂ© who has a non visible (mental) disability politely asked while stuttering if they were switching over to âBreake?â He was trying to get out the word breakfast. We heard the manager come over the intercom saying that he needed to take the order seriously or else he needed to leave because they were too busy. We were the only car in the drive-through. Once we got up to the window we disclosed that my fiancĂ© did have a mental disability. The manager rudely peaked his head through the window and said he was unaware that my fiancĂ© had a disability but they were busy and we needed to speed our order. Then after he rudely discussed the situation, well violently waving his hands, and raising his voice he asked how he shouldâve handled the situation? I politely informed him how my fiancĂ© prefers to be addressed. He said that was just not reasonable and he was going to continue and stick by the way that he rudely addressed the situation. I have never been so appalled and disgusted with the inhumane treatment of one human to another. I do not usually feel the need to put my business out or complain. Unfortunately the situation needed attention and was horrific enough for my fiancĂ© and I that we felt it needed to be discussed. So for anyone that has or supports those with any type of disability I would not recommend visiting this establishment. For the manager,Sean, I hope that McDonaldâs as a company will give him the reprimand and education needed for this situation. For my fiancĂ©âs sake I hope that he gets the justice that...
Read moreI am not a fan of fast food but order it in a pinch. I guess I expect too much!! We ordered around 2:15 pm which was the first mistake.
NEVER ORDER at an off meal time when food is not freshđ€š
The fries were leftovers, limp & lukewarm. I ordered honey mustard to dip them in, but that was missing, so I should have thrown them out. My quarter pounder was thrown together with a dried out lukewarm hamburger. I ordered a root beer but the straw was missing. đ
SECOND MISTAKE: NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT DOUBLE CHECKING THE ORDER đ€ I think McDonald's should be in the Guiness Book for the world record of " Getting Orders Wrong 90% of the Time"đ It would be nice if managers and employees took more "pride" in their work. I did call the manager to express my concerns about our order. He apologized and agreed to talk to his team for a plan so it doesnât happen again. I hope they care enough to make some changes. If they do, their location may score a 4.5 rather than a 3.6. It's a goal they should work for and can possibly...
Read moreI work right near this location and go daily. 1 out of every 10 offers, drive thru as well as dine in, are WRONG. Items are either missing, every time . When I pause at the drive thru to check my order, they get annoyed and tell me to move on. Itâs literally 90% of all orders. Food is Luke warm. Today was the last straw. Same thing happened and 1/2 my order was missing 3 items out of 6 were missing. The manger that is short in statue and with an accent and dark hair, NEVER once apologies to me, like âoh so sorry about that, just hands me the items with a âhere you goâ and literally I have to wait for a unreasonable amount of time to get the missing items. Today not only the manager was rude and short, so were the other employees. Best part is they were not busy at all, they were talking and gossiping about something. And fast food workers want more money per hour????????? Itâs not rocket...
