Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

This has to be the worst DD location in the area! I pleaded with husband not to give it another try I’d rather drive to Woodbury or a East on Jericho turnpike to the next DD. But today we went against our better judgement. The manager/cashier is miserable no hello’s no thank you’s, not friendly at all! I am polite thank you have a nice day he remains silent. Why are you working there and managing? This is going on for years. We sent this morning because we wanted coffee and bagels a few doughnuts in a hurry. As we had an appointment to get too.Bad Bad move! After purchase In the car my husband tells me it was $33.00 for 2 bagels with cream cheese, 2 large black coffees and six doughnuts?!!!!!!! That seemed wrong..I get home 3 blocks away, I forget the price because I’m hungry and start to eat..I’ll call them when we’re done we were never given a receipt in hand or on the bag with prices. The bagels were rock hard at 10:03 am in the morning, the doughnuts seems smaller idk but complete waste! The coffee taste like dish water no flavor at all. I called the manager to confirm the price was correct. I gave him to your go # he said yes but not helpful and offered another bagel which I said no it would be the same. He was dismissive did not care. Stay away from here they are not nice people and for $33.00 go to a diner a McDonald’s a deli or bagel store it’s less expensive and delicious this DD is not worth it! Again Doughnuts were good but thought they shrunk maybe less for more nowadays. In times like these places are taking way too much advantage of the inflation and endemic. Good riddens DD! If a branch manger reads this please reach out. They should re do this place or put up a mom n pop coffee shop I would love to support. Seems like some corporate chains get sloppy and too comfortable. I remember when DD was a trend they made doughnuts all day n bagels so was always fresh. Sadly “Time to make the doughnuts” commercials...

The speed of the service is average, which is not a bad thing, but I gave this Dunkin' 3 stars because the quality of the morning shift is completely different frim the quality of the night shift. The night shift has never failed me, but the morning shift almost always seems to have a problem with getting an order right.

Now I would understand if I ordered like 4 different things and they're all different drinks with a whole bunch of add-ins, but they mess up my macchiato order 70 percent of the time. It's literally just an iced mocha macchiato with a coconut flavor shot. There was a time they rang it up as a latte and I didn't realize until I got the drink, there was a time where they wrote coconut on the screen, but didn't add it to my drink at all, there was a time that they added the coconut-CARAMEL girl scout flavor instead of just coconut.... no hard feelings, but I just feel like the morning crew needs to be more awareand careful.

I had accumulated enough points to get a free hot drink so I ordered a hot carmel macchiato which is my usual drink. He scans my app for “FREE DRINK” and asks for 22 cents! I said its a free drink. Yes its free but you still need to pay 22 cents but ok I’ll give it to you this time. Im standing there thinking they are making my coffee and another guy comes up to me and says I heard everything what was said & you are not getting a free coffee if you dont pay 22 cents. I said the other man said he will give it to me this time & he reply was “well not any more” The 22 cents isnt going to break me but I was curious how this was the only store that asked for money on a free item? I said ok you scanned my app I dont want the coffee any longer. He cancels order & I go down a few blocks and order same drink & they scan my app. No extra charge!!! There is a HS very close snd I wonder how much money they collect from students who don't question & just pay. I will never step foot in this place again. Its not the lousy 22 cents,...
