Just ordered online and I am extremely upset and disgusted. I received my order and was enjoying my ham and cheese sandwich under I found a literal plastic chunk in my freaking sandwich. I bit into my sandwich and spit out a huge chunk of plastic. I’m horrified. This is crazy and disgusting. It almost seems impossible to miss something like this that’s how huge it is.

I miss this place tremendously and my friends always insist on visiting or asking for me to bring them something back. PS: after so many years their food is still incredible. I love their chicharon, the skin is always so crispy and the meat so juicy. They are even doing fresh squeezed juices and hot oatmeal. I love this place.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Jose R was very rude & unprofessional !! Never again ! Don’t waste your money or time ! My co workers and tried to order dinner here today & we placed the order for delivery, and the manager told us "he didn't have time to deliver" and then gave me an additude as to why i asked him why he couldn't deliver.
