My co-workers and I order breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday within the surrounding area. John Moore's deli is very convenient for us, however - WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
Due to the excessive long delivery time, such as 2 hours for lunch delivery which was placed before 11am, we spoke to the manager Giovanni who was made aware of the situation, and stated that particular day he was short staffed. (Not my problem.)
So, despite my best efforts to discourage my co-workers from ordering from John Moore's - we placed a lunch order for two sandwiches. We specifically asked for the chicken cutlets to be well done. When I received my sandwich - my chicken was still raw. (How disgusting.)
So, Giavonni compensated me with coupons for free sandwiches. Which I decided to use this morning. (Since they have failed to meet our minimal expectations for lunch, let's try breakfast...) Breakfast took over an hour to deliver to us, even after a phone call -- and arrived cold.
An unanimous decision was made, we will not be placing our breakfast or lunch orders with John Moore's Deli. Long delivery times, poor food quality, poor customer service.

We ordered a $5.99 sandwich, a $7.75 sandwich and a $5.99 order of cheese fries. 1st issue: Where did the 3 other charges on this receipt (2 for $.50 & 1 for $1.50) come from?? 2nd issue: $5.99 for a small container of cheese fries!? My coworker called to inquire about the receipt error and was transferred to a few different people, one of which told her that they "already threw out the receipts from today," despite the fact that her order was only placed about 20 minutes prior. The employee on the phone told them not to tip the driver to make up for the difference. The delivery person was not at fault, yet he was being docked of his tip money.
