I had the pleasure of trying Ralph's Italian Ices recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Their Rainbow, vanilla bean, and strawberry cheesecake flavors were absolutely delicious. What I appreciated even more was the fact that they offered non-dairy options, catering to various dietary preferences. The flavors are wonderful, and the servers are pleasant. I would give them both 5 Stars. However, the prices are a bit high for ice. Obviously the owners can charge what they want though, because people keep going back. The portions never seen to be the same though. ordered for pick up so we could avoid waiting in the building with our inpatient toddlers just to find that “they never received the order” even though ralph’s confirmed our order through uber… when my husband walks in i get a text saying ‘ralph’s-sayville canceled the order because they couldn’t complete it.’ and the chick behind the counter tells him “we never got the order.” debating on bringing my now-upset toddlers there...
