Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Absolutely love Tim Hortons. I usually get their Tim Bits, which are mini donuts, their chai tea latte with almond milk, and their breakfast sandwiches. I’ve gone to a couple locations and everything has always tasted and came out delicious. They are reasonably priced and would choose their donuts and breakfast sandwiches over their competitors. For a 10 count Tim Bits box and a medium chai tea latte with almond milk substitute I paid around $10. They have a great selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as a variety of drinks from cold to hot. This particular location is also open 24/7 via drive through and right off the highway which both are super convenient . Will definitely keep going back and...

Customer service is garbage. Don't even bother ordering on the app when it's anywhere near closing time. Ive placed an order multiple times in the past an hr before closing...only to arrive at the store and get ignored at the speaker when the workers are clearly inside and took it upon themselves to close early. Change your hours or turn off mobile ordering if you refuse to serve customers a full hour before your posted closing time. They don't even properly make the drinks, god forbid they take an extra 30 seconds to properly mix the drink. This place is only good for their donuts in the event you actually get a fresh one. Staff here are rude and cater to their own I ordered a simple sandwich and a coffee myself a non Hispanic person was rushed to order and step a side a Hispanic woman came in right behind me ordered 4 sandwiches and not only got all her items immediately before mine but was greeted with a smile and conversation and was served promptly I waited about 15 minutes after I saw the other woman receive her items before me I asked about my order and she angrily said you have to wait it’s coming if it wasn’t for the new kid on the register already having a hard time I would’ve just gotten my refund and left. rude...
