I would give none but that's an option. Went in to get a tshirt for my step son and was greeted by an associate with "do you know what Dilligaf stands for?" To which I replied "yes". I asked about the sale rack he had put the day before with sweaters he replied "we only put those out once per year and send them back to storage". I walked around to find the sales rack to the back of the store on the clearance section đ . I took a tshirt for $15.99. As I walked to the front of the store I hear him telling my family that the store is closed even though the website stated 5pm and it was only 4pm as he opened the door and ask them to leave. Then he rang up my tshirt $30.95... wait what? No sir it was on the sales rack so he adjusted the price and told us he's closing as he walked us to the door. A Caucasian couple walked up and he took them right in the store as he said "you got 5 minutes as I'm closing" probably because we were standing right there, I waited 2 stores down to see the couple walk out 20 minutes later, wtaf! Was it because we're brown skinned? Did we look like thieves? I will never go there again as I felt racially profiled. Don't get me wrong they have a vast array of clothing and so many awesome ones to choose from. I always loved going to this store when we visit lake george every year. But I'm a big believer of having great customer service, they...
Read moreAt $45 a tshirt, I walked out! One simple cotton shirt, nothing special. On the street they advertised $5 shirts which sucked me in, with purchase of a second. With so many to choose from, about 10,000+, no problem! But not at $45 a shirt!
The store itself is so overcrowded with racks a person has trouble moving through the store at all, forget someone with claustrophobia or anxiety going in there. I was bumping into racks constantly & there was less than a foot of space between overloaded hanging apparatuses & aisles. Even the skinniest person would have a problem getting through this store safely!
The selection is great, though there's a ton of pro-trump & anti-biden stuff if you're into that, I was there for Americade & they didn't have a single shirt for the event! I might have paid $45 if they had. Instead I went home & ordered one online for $14, but to be honest the store had a better selection, just not worth that highway robbery for a...
Read moreIt's a shame to see these storefronts littering the beautiful, family friendly town of Lake George with the filth they have plastered in t shirts their windows. It is absolutely abhorrent to put such disgusting language in plain view of the many young children that pass by every day. Assuming that the gimmick is the shock value, I truly hope the owners search their souls and find more respectable ways to make an honest dollar. Just because you can doesn't mean that you should. You sell hundreds of tee shirts, and there are plenty of alternatives within your own store that could be used in the storefront windows that reflect the family friendly atmosphere of the village. Save the inappropriate and crude language for the interior of the store. Have some respect for the families and tourists that support the local economy. Please consider...
