Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Town of Lansing

Very bad experience ordered food told the kid, he said 10 minutes since nothing was ready. Told him we would be back in 10 minutes went across to a store , they served the customer in front of me what I ordered then told me it would be another 10 minutes. His coworker asked where the people came from and he said the trailer park. So offensive since I don't live in a trailer park! I was out with my kids trying to have a good day. He said if paid up front they would of served me, there was nothing ready at all I took photos. Then was so rude to me and my 75 year old mom. Horrible service. Kid was rude and disrespectful. I love auntie Anne and this was ridiculous! Fire that kid I'll send photos . We were still thinking about how rude he was 20...

Waited at the store, two feet across from a male employee (who I believe is the store manager), for five minutes, and got no service. A female employee came in a few minutes later, and didn't take my order or asked if I needed help either. I just walked away from the store. I went back to buy my pretzel, and asked to leave a review, and I was directed to their app (which is presumably not public)....

I went there to get 4 salted pretzels and they only had two. They wouldn't add salt to the 2 unsalted. Their excuse is they were "closing soon" but it was 25 min before closing when we walked up to the counter. :( Last time we went they only had one cup of salted pretzel bites (and no salted pretzels). Tonight they didn't...
