Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Le Ray

I like Arby’s because when my son was going through cancer treatment 4 years ago, he needed steroids. A lot of steroids and had crazy cravings for snacks from Arby’s. So much so, we looked into purchasing these cheesy triangle snack things to cook at home. Arby’s gave us a bag, on the house, with an encouraging note to my son and cooking instructions.

One complaint: Alex. Well, that’s what her name tag showed today, but the receipt had a different persons’ name on it. I ordered a salad. Then said “No wait, make that a half salad and fries instead”. She told me to pull around. Did not confirm my order. Charged my card for 2 side salads and one order of fries. I noticed on my receipt that my order was wrong. I brought it to her attention and... woah! The attitude from this young woman was overboard. She wouldn’t listen to me. Kept her back to me as I was speaking to her. And when she called her manager over, she blamed me! In front of me and continued being unprofessional, while her manager allowed it. ☹️ Sad.

So, Alex... yikes. Maybe customer service isn’t your thing. Try something that doesn’t involve people if you can’t handle,...

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Having served 20 years in the Military I have never been treated so rudely by the staff (which turned out to be the so called manager). I actually was accused of “littering” at the drive thru window by the manager because one of the employees said she saw me do it. Funny thing was I still had all three of my straws in the original wrappers in which I showed her. She expressed to me that I was on camera and I said good. She then told me to leave...

I will never go here again. The last three times myself and my partner have gone to this location, it was terrible. Literally everything we didn’t want, ended up on the sandwiches. We didn’t modify a lot, just no No red ranch on the beef and cheddars and no mustard or mayo on the Turkey sandwich. I’m now wondering if literacy is even a job requirement here. We spent over 30 dollars and the all the food was messed up….. except the drink. ...
