From the moment I walked into the store, Erica's professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent. She greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen attentively to my concerns. Her expertise was evident as she asked insightful questions to better understand the nature of the connectivity problems I was experiencing.

I've had many experiences at phone stores, all not too enjoyable, but to my surprise, I found this one to be very helpful and inciteful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and willing by any means to help me accomplish the task of getting a new phone The member that stood out to me the most was Savannah who walked me through the process extensively and made sure everything was correct and that I would receive a replacement phone as soon as possible. Read moreI went to upgrade my phone yesterday and Erica did amazing. I went around 5:30PM and was the 2nd in line but people were coming in left and right. She probably had 15 people in line behind me. When I tell you Erica did exceptional with her customer service I mean it! She was patient, listening and took each customer as if they were the only ones there to ensure they received the best customer service individually for the upgrade and/or issue they were having with their phone. I will be back to this location because of how amazing Erica was!
