Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Le Ray

I typically order the same thing every time I go to Taco Bell. It’s a little more complicated that the average person: 2 double decker taco supremes, no beans, add nacho cheese, and sub beef for rice. And a chips a cheese.

Almost every single time I go there, which is quite frequently, they forget the supreme part. They never put tomatoes and sour cream on it. It doesn’t taste the same without. So I always make a trip back in whether going through the drive through or not, to have them fix this error. Today I went inside, ordered my usual. It was busy, and I understand my order isn’t normal.

I order funky because I’m a vegetarian. They use to have lard in their beans, and obviously I won’t eat beef.

However, I received my order, and all they had on the tortilla was rice. No lettuce, no cheese, no tomatoes, and no sour cream. Okay, laughable, it’s busy and it happens. I send it back to be corrected. I give them my receipt so they can make sure it’s correct.

As I am watching them package my tacos, I SEE they forget to put the sour cream and tomatoes on the tacos. AGAIN, a SECOND time this visit, I send my order back because it is incorrect.

At this point, I’m not even mad, I’m just so DISAPPOINTED. It’s laughable.

I am so tired of going back in because THEY FORGET MY TOMATOES AND SOUR CREAM NEAR EVERY TIME.

Nor did I get my receipt back to take the tellthebell survey. So here I am, complaining to google.

The guy at the front counter was nice though. He deserves a raise. The cooks gave me a weird look....

This is one of the most convenient fast food options when craving tacos. We don’t typically choose Taco Bell as a restaurant of choice, but we were traveling and this Taco Bell ended up on our list as we were craving the locos tacos. We ordered the new Big Cheez-It(R) Tostada and several locos taco supremes. The new tostada was quite good, it had the flavor expected in the cracker and the toppings were good with it. The avocado salsa verde packets were extra but gave the tostada and locos tacos extra flavor. The locos taco shells were all cracked which seems to be the typical disappoint of the crunchy tacos to-go. We made sure to fire sauce and the salsa verde to give the flavor of the tacos a little kick. I normally don’t say the tacos are quite delicious, but this drive-thru order exceeded our expectations and everything tasted good. We did add nachos to the order and the chips were fresh and was a nice compliment to the tacos. Service at this location was very nice and we ate in the parking lot as we were on a schedule. Good food and good experience. Though Taco Bell is a good late night crave option,...

They are very fast as far as the service is concerned. I stopped going in there for a while because with the lockdown the line in the Drive-Thru is quite long. I was however able to start going back in as long as I was just picking up an order. Which obviously was already ordered ahead of time. This time when I went in to get my food after asking a question and it was resolved and everything was great I walked away to hear them laughing at me and mocking me as I was leaving the building. And this wasn't just an employee it was a manager as well. While I know these comments are not taken very heavily because I'm just one in a million people, I do however hope this comment is seen and read by lots of people who also don't really care for that very very poor customer service that I got. Be careful asking them a question and Evans Mills you might be ridiculed...
