This place just lost my business, just went for lunch at around 12 and there was 6 of us everyone pretty much ordered the same thing tender meal with a drink, my sister in law only ordered fries and I only got a burger spent about $60. This store had our food sitting there for over 10 minutes, only to bring out three peoples food, one was correct and okay, the other had freaking nuggets instead of tenders and when we asked about it we were told there was nothing that could be done and “they broke up in the fryers” well I’m sorry I worked for McDonald’s it doesn’t work like that especially with tenders, my burger was completely wrong and cold by the time they brought it out to me, told me they could fix it for me which is fine so I then asked about my sister in laws fries to which I was told they were just coming up, we then waited ANOTHER 10 mins for our food. I should also note everyone’s tenders were normal except for my brother in laws. This is absolutely ridiculous it should not have taken almost 40 minutes when there was only one other person there while we were there and no the drive thru wasn’t busy either. Y’all need to get people who actually want to work and do their job....
Read moreWe had ordered a custom ice cream cake to celebrate a milestone birthday. As per the website, we were requested to give them two days lead time. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and ordered the cake to be picked up that Friday evening. Imagine my frustration when I show up on the promised delivery date and there was no cake to be picked up! I had to ask for the manager who reluctantly showed up after much delay, went inside to check and told me that although they found my order , no one actually worked on making the cake. The absolute indifference that this manager showed was adding insult to injury. No apologies or any effort to make up for the poor communication between the woman who took my order on a Tuesday and the baking section. The manager was happy to pass the buck ( with an expressionless face) saying it was not his fault because he wasn’t there . I had to remind him that they all represent Dairy Queen and together they ruined someone’s very important birthday! Lack of service, lack of courtesy or customer focus. Read moreThe best part was my ice cream! The fries were ok, nice n crispy, but not hot enough, burgers were edible but greasy and sloppy, mine had too much mustard, so I only had a few bites. I Ate half of the first burger that was served to my son, as it wasn't prepared as ordered. The second one was correct. We were also served ice cream that was not even close to our order two times by two different servers before finally they figured their stuff out behind the counter and made our frozen yummies. I'd also noticed that our ketchup bottle was empty before any of our food came, and literally checked the bottles at 6 tables which were empty before I finally found a half full bottle to use. My final issue was lack of napkins! With them sloppy burgers 2 dinner napkins in the holder at the table isn't gonna cut it for a family of 3, or even a solo diner, yet each table no matter how big or small appeared to have merely 2 napkins in it.
