Edit to add: it has been 6 months since getting "new tires" from walmart and i now have a FOURTH FLAT TIRE. And now I KNOW it's not me because I was on vacation, my vehicle has not been moved since we left for vacation and I came back to my back tire (not even one I've taken in for the previous 3x I've had a flat since these "new tires") so flat, the rim is on the ground. I will NEVER allow them to touch my vehicle again. Disgusting
They only get 1 star because i have to leave at least one. Both my husband and i got brand new tires from this place. Upon leaving with my husbands truck, the sensors weren't working properly so we had to take it back in. They turned the sensor notification off and it was gone for a few weeks and turned back on.

Read moreFirst experience with a Walmart Auto Center and definitely my last. I waited several hours for a battery change and when someone finally came up to man the service counter (no one was there for quite some time) I went to follow up on the status of my vehicle and was told that they texted me to let me know my car was done. I never received a text though I confirmed my phone number was correct. I was then told that’s how they notify people their vehicles are ready and that the system usually works most of the time. I waited on the premises right in front of the counter while my car was ready and was not notified whatsoever. The person who I made payment with was extremely rude and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever had. Once I finally got my car back the battery light is now on. Do not waste your time or money...

First, the service writter was more than a half hour late then the service written tried to tell our daughter that she wasn't in the system- thank God I taught her to leave the reciet in her car incase 😀 so our daughter grabbed the reciet and the service writter was forced into putting her into the system then the chick asked our daughter the type of oil and etc for the vehicle instead of doing her job and checking the car - Like it's supposed to be. Thank God my husband was with her and we've taught our daughter how to handle these types of situations. The next set of tires we get it'll be at Sam's club because clearly this walmart tle...
