We stood at the register with no line for roughly 5 minutes without being greeted with 3 employees working. We heard one of the employees telling other that the food got burnt and the other employee said, "oh well, they get what they get, we're not remaking it" Someone came to greet me and checked me out. She then went over to a tablet to clock out and told her coworkers "If XYZ asks, tell her I left. She knew about it" and she walked out without getting us our food. While she was leaving, she told a coworker "Don't forget the guys at the table are waiting for food" The other worker responded "well they're just going to have to wait then" 10 minutes later, the lady working the window walked over to greet me again and to take my order, not realizing it had already been taken and I had paid already. I enjoy the prices and the donuts over the other competitors in the area, but the service is truly so terrible. Read moreI love Tim Hortons, it's my favorite restaurant, but there's one employee who always gets my order wrong constantly. For instance, today I ordered on the app for my friend and I. We got 2 drinks, a waffle sandwich with extra sausage, and an egg muffin sandwich. When we got to the drive-through, she only gave us drinks and ended the conversation, to which I responded that we still hadn't gotten our food. After over 5 minutes of waiting she hands us the food and we park and eat and she got the whole order wrong, nothing was correct out of it. We got two hashbrowns (which we didn't order, we just ordered the sandwiches), and 2 croissant sandwiches. Read moreQuite possibly the worst Tim Horton’s and customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a bacon bagel sandwich with two eggs. When I got to the drive thru this morning, I was handed a bacon bagel with one egg. I let the girl know immediately that my sandwich was missing an egg, and her response (no apology) was “ok…do you want it on the side?” No. I want it on my sandwich that I paid $2 extra for. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was handed my food and left. Very stupid on my part to not check before I left, because when I got home to eat, I found a SAUSAGE bagel sandwich with two eggs. I shouldn’t even have to check my food before I leave and it shouldn’t take 2-3 attempts just to receive what I ordered. That’s so much wasted food. This location needs some serious help...
