You don’t eat here to fill your stomach but to enjoy a fabulous culinary experience by an absolute master chef. The portions are smaller than in the best chain restaurants, but the quality is head and shoulders higher. I’m a seafood fanatic, and the black bass in lobster broth that I had was as good or better than any of the fish dishes I’ve had in restaurants around the world that pride themselves on their seafood. The other five people in our group also found their choices to be excellent, unusual because there is nearly always someone who is less than thrilled. The appetizers were unusual and great. Every single entree we shared was amazing. Probably one of the best places I've ever had dinner at ever. I live in Omaha which is a bit of a foodie town and grew up in Las Vegas where there are certainly many good places to eat... but this was phenomenal. I hope our experience that evening is just as good as every evening. Is there a way to nudge the michelin star...
