Most of the food is made to your expectations. On occasion, mistakes are made, but overall the quality and experience meet the expectations. Some constructive criticism for the management.. 1. Better menu layout. Make the menu make sense. Be descriptive. That way your customers know what to expect, and your staff knows what they are serving. 2. You want your product to appeal to as many people as possible, but without paying attention to standards and practices, the end experience is going to mostly disappointment instead of excellence. 3. If someone asks your staff “What’s in it” and the workers don’t know, that’s a problem. Your cooks know. Your manager knows. But the person taking the order at the counter does not? Why is that? It’s because the menu doesn’t say. Now, the customer wants to know. All of which can be avoided by putting on the menu… Golden BBQ sauce - a light honey glaze with hints of garlic and cinnamon Or - Golden honey mustard with a mixture of peach bourbon and maple syrup Or - Golden honey habanero spicy hot glaze with a little bit of lemon I can make Chik-Fil-a sauce, or at least a grownup version that’s enjoyable and has flavor, and know what to expect from it. If you’re going to make a product that half the restaurants in Buffalo make already, you need to describe what it is, not just what you call it. 5/24. Just a quick update.. we called to claim the credit the manager promised on this order with a fish fry and some loaded fries for my wife. As she was asking the clerk on the phone if she could use the online order coupon for the fries, the clerk said she could not apply it over the phone…and brushed it off with an “oh well”. 🤣💸

So delicious! We got a medium pizza and an antipasto. Portions we big, fresh and fabulous. Definitely going back. We ate there in their clean and spacious dining area. (I would suggest some music or turning up the brightness and sound on tvs to enhance the atmosphere.) I also suggest customers consider ordering ahead on busy nights, but even without, a typical wait for hot fresh food.

Well we wanted to try the garbage plates. They taste very good. I highly recommend coming in. My wife got a cheeseburger/hotdog plate, I got a cheeseburger plate. Food is decently priced. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating available. Will be coming back to try more food

If I could give less, I would. Customer service is atrocious. "Manager" Joe was racist and cussing at me over me ordering a bbq chicken finger pizza on DoorDash. When I received it, the thing was smothered with peppers and onions.. did not receive our blue cheese that we PAID for. So then I go to the place and they lock all doors and ignore me, then called the cops on me.. what kind of Buisness is being ran here. Really sad I moved out to Lockport or even back to this country. Veteran of the U.S Army and I'm treated like Garbage. Unbelievable. Never will I order from here again and I don't recommend this place at all!

Part two: Saying that I was under the influence is crazy. I came to your establishment after you robbed me of my Blue Cheese. It’s amazing how you stick up for your under paid employees but have no idea what the real story is. I have the whole conversation recorded. I spoke with three different women when I arrived as well. I asked them if they could get my blue cheese for me and after I waiting outside for over 10 minutes, I left. No one was irate or threatening, like...

They are, by far, the best pizza place I have ever ordered from. Tonight, I had to call in my substantial order for delivery, and was prepared for something to be screwed up. However, the woman taking the order was a total gem! She was so polite and was willing to go the extra distance for the order to be correct. When it was time to pay, my card was originally declined, and she was so apologetic offering to take the numbers a second time in case it was a mistake on her end inputting them. It was declined again, and she was so willing to hold so that I could ensure that my partner was willing to pick up the order instead. Before I could even finish speaking to him, she offered to have someone else try, and they were successful. It was an error in the system, not on either of our ends, not that it matters. Throughout this entire experience, they remained professional, friendly, and understanding. I highly recommend them for their customer service alone.
