Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Lockport

I’m very rarely one to leave a bad review, let alone one for a store that just opened, however the experiences we’ve had here were less than ideal to say the least. The first time we went they made our drinks wrong twice. Not only did we kindly ask them to remake it, but the person who made it was giving us dirty looks the entire time and proceeded to make it wrong again. When there are intolerances and allergies involved, this is a huge issue. We tried again today and the service was incredibly slow, and yet again all of the drinks were made entirely wrong and had to be remade, to still be made wrong again. The staff is also unkind when corrected. You are better off going to a full service Starbucks. It’s upsetting that this is one of the more anticipated things coming to Lockport and it’s as...

The little Tops Starbucks is so nice. The staff are super sweet, it’s small, rarely busy, and limited to usually 2-3 staff during shifts, 4 at most.also super local in my tops store. I actually find the Tops Starbucks staff have way more politeness and manners than regular Starbucks stores. there’s this one especially cool girl there w lots of piercings and she’s super sweet and polite. I asked her if the brown sugar coffee drink is any good and she was honest and told me it was, my mom is super picky but to my surprise enjoyed the drink. Love this place and plan to work here...

Placed an order for pickup on my way, and was given an estimate of 4-7 minutes. Finally arrive, and the order is still being made, which is completely understandable, its lunchtime on a Saturday! I then proceeded to wait 20 more minutes while my last drink is coming. I finally have to ask if an empty cup sitting on the counter is mine to be told "yes, we are out of it, do you want to order something else, or would you like a refund?"
