Want broken or half used things? Shop no further! Never returning here again. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a different location. Don't know why they don't bother to check items that people return. Can't say how many times I've bought stuff here that's been used and put back on the shelf for somebody else to buy. Just purchased spindle sanding sleeves, opened the package and they've all been used and covered in sawdust except the outside one. Or how they don't bother to check items that the packages have been damaged in shipping. Bought a tabletop planer last year, that I had to return twice because everytime I got the package home and the machine out of the box, the whole thing would be bent, the third one was finally undamaged. Not sure how many hours I've wasted just driving back to the store just replace something so I can actually get stuff accomplished. Do yourselves a favor, don't shop here and save yourself...

Super helpful staff, I came from a decent drive away to pick up a service cart for myself only to be turned away by the Harbor Freight in Niagara Falls as he "couldn't load the cart into my vehicle." Which was a midsize SUV with quite the large hatch space. After visiting the Lockport location the manager said "I'm not sure this will fit but if you want to make a believer out of me sure." Mind you I did my measurements before taking this task on to make sure I wasn't wasting their time. Within 5 minutes the cart was loaded in my vehicle with relative ease thanks to the super helpful staff at this location. Bought a membership too and will gladly pass by the Niagara location to come here. Can't...
