I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this really irked me. I pull into the drive thru at exactly 10pm and try to order 1 donut. (mind you i drove 10 minutes to come here because i wanted a donut) JUST ONE. Mind you i can clearly see through the windows in the showcase that there are some donuts left over and i get met with a quick “im sorry we can’t serve any food past 10?” Im sorry what? you are a coffee and bakery shop and are open until 11pm and the remaining donuts that im staring at AT THIS VERY MOMENT you can not put in a freaking bag and sell it to me because it’s exactly 10pm? Its not a sandwich or a bagel or anything that causes a mess. Its a donut, into a bag. This is the worst customer service i have ever possibly received that just because its 10pm the donut shop cant give me a Fkn donut that they still visibly have. I will never come back to this place and i will make sure everyone i knows goes to a different tim hortons further away thats not owned by the same people. Read moreHow complex is you pos system? because for some reason not a single employee knows how to ring up a breakfast sandwhich when asked with NO EGG. every single time me or the mother and a lot of people I know, come here we get egg and cheese sandwiches instead of sausage and cheese sandwiches. I'm a very patient and understanding person because I work in fast food I know how it is, things get handed out wrong, made wrong, or heard wrong, but litterally every. Single. Time. And a good majority of the times I bring it back to be fixed employees argue that they made it right like I don't have the sandwich in hand with no meat and just cheese and egg, like yesssss I went all the way home, ate the sausage, and returned in minutes with an egg sandwich nom nom nom. it's not that hard to own up to your mistake and correct it without being ignorant. Read moreI have been a regular for several years now. I have noticed a steady decline in service over the past two years. Today the store was completely out of eggs AGAIN. Other days they were out of napkins of all things. The floor is filthy without a hint of shine or wax. Frequently when customers arrive they find several others waiting in line with only one register in use. To make matters worse, the same person taking orders has to fill the order further adding to the delayed service. I have left without ordering anything on many occasions as have several others. I do not need to trade with this business when I can cross the street and get 99 cent coffee with unlimited refills and enjoy a staff that puts customer service and cleanliness first. I have spoken to management at this location regarding these concerns on more than one occasion as have other customers to no avail.
