I gave this location a couple tries before posting in case I just visited on an off time but it appears I did not. The first time I simply ordered a refresher off of the app with a little bit of ice. I waited behind one car for 10 minutes in the drive through before getting to the window. Once I got up there, I waited another four minutes for them to figure out my order. They kept handing me other peoples drinks, and I had to tell them twice that that was not my order. Eventually, I saw my drink sitting on the counter behind them, and I said that that was mine. When the young girl handed it to me, there was absolutely no ice in it and it was room temperature. I told her that there was no ice and asked if I could have a cup of ice and she said that she would fix it and wanted the cup back, ignoring my request. When I asked again if I could please just have ice, she made an audible scoff and rolled her eyes in front of me before eventually getting the cup of ice. There seemed to be only two young female employees working and they did more time talking with one another than actually working and serving customers in a timely and respectful manner.
The second time I went, there were three male employees and two of them were moving as slow as molasses and only one of them seemed to care. They got my sandwich order wrong and I waited over 10 minutes for an app order. I watched people in the restaurant who ordered after me get their drinks and food and leave before mine was even ready. I tried to ask to make sure that they received my order and nobody even paid attention to me or asked if I needed anything until over ten minutes later.
They need to do a better job hiring workers who talk less and move a little bit faster. I don’t expect orders to be instant, especially if they are busy- but when there is one car in the drive-through and people are being served before me when my order has been sitting there for a long time I don’t feel like that is right. The whole idea of ordering on the app is so that it is ready when you get there and they had at least 15 minutes to prepare my...

One upon a time Dunkin' was once known as Dunkin Donuts, because their main staple was not coffee, not breakfast sandwiches, but doughnuts. Times have changed and so have their recipes, but I can at least say for certain that the French Cruller is still their best option.
That said, they do still hit with others, even if a good swath of their menu is a miss.
Came in around 2:00PM to pickup a dozen, going with a glazed, pink frosted, maple frosted, white frosted, apple spice, jelly, blueberry, vanilla cream, the crullers, cupid special and an apple fritter. Had to get the fritter on the side as it does not count as a "donut", likely only due to the size being much larger than the typical doughnuts they sell. All in all just around $20 for the lot. A far cry from the days when a dozen only ran you $7, but that's inflation for you.
As stated prior the crullers are the best, tearable, sweet, not too soft, and fun shaped. The cupid special was second, being a strawberry frosted version of the boston cream. Fritter and blueberry coming in third, even better when reheated for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Apple spice, vanilla cream and plain glazed all sharing third. All the frosted versions, vanilla, strawberry, and maple after that. And finally bringing in the rear the jelly, which was a sad state indeed. Dry, crumbly, and the jelly inside so sparse and way too sweet. And to think jelly was once my favorite.
Overall Dunkin' ain't the donut place I remember, but, it sure beats Darling Donuts in Saratoga Springs and their super offensive owner. Never bother going there, just get something from here if you're in a rush for a...
Read moreSome young guy who was taking the drive through orders thought he was funny and kept messing with my fiancé and I. He kept saying “what? Sorry, what dude?” And cracking up. Then everything we tried to order, 6 different things, he kept saying “oh we’re out”. Then he would suggest things and say “oh yeah no we’re out” Eventually we just asked for a coffee and he was like “Okay.” And then said “Oh wait actually we’re out. We’re out of everything man, sorry” and was laughing. I mean, not a very good bit in my opinion. Anyway, my fiancé got annoyed and asked for a manager and he said he didn’t have one, and that there was no one who managed that location. My fiancé said that was not true, and he said “well we did, but we’re out of a manager too.” That part was actually pretty funny, but my fiancé wasn’t impressed. Anyway, I’m giving this place a 1 star because I’m all for bad customer service, but the jokes were just not very funny, and I’d give...
