My best friend and I have been going here regularly since they opened in 2019. Sriracha wall days real ones remember. We’ve always loved it but we’re not reviewers. However last night after how many times of going there we had the best experience yet with Alfredo as our server. Remembered our usual drinks order, gave great recommendations, was just overall on top of it, but most noticeably my friend dropped a chopstick and before we could even look up to find someone to ask for another he was there with chopsticks in a marking tray. Marked us in fresh share plates and chopsticks between every course which I don’t think is standard there since it’s not really shared plates format but we always share. Stopped here for dinner on the way back to NJ. The restaurant looks really nice inside and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The ordering system is similar to that of Chipotle where you can design your own bowl. They also have set options on the menu. We were told you order the menu options at the cashier and the build your own options near the food assembly line. This was not clear until he told us. I ordered the Spicy Miso 'Butcher's Daughter' Ramen and my girlfriend went with the Root Tacos. The food was brought quickly to our table. The ramen did not really have any spice to it, but was flavored well. There was also only two small pieces of pork belly in the soup, so you I was left still feeling a little hungry afterward. My girlfriend really enjoyed the tacos. The kale in it was kale chips, so it had a nice crunch to each bite and is different from items you may find elsewhere.
