Can't believe this place my company gives them so much business and their customer service is TERRIBLE not only do they mess up every other order that we get but they've charged my credit card EXTRA without asking me or at least letting me know. i had to find out from my online credit card statement. an entire $10 more than what was supposed to be charged. when i called they said it was because of some cheese and jalapenos on one of the sandwiches, 10$ for cheese and jalapenos? highly doubt it. another time i asked for some guacamole on the side, which they have NEVER charged me extra for and i got a call saying it was going to be an extra charge and i told them i didn't want the order anymore and they told me it was too late to cancel the order. I didn't even have my food yet and i had just placed the order. The last experience i had was the cherry on top. They don't specify on the website what time they start delivering so i placed an order online for some breakfast and waited and waited and over an hour and a half and finally called to see where my food was and it was then that they decided to tell me they don't start delivering till 10 am. They didn't bother to call me to tell me i wouldn't get my food till after 10 am. every time someone from my company orders food from them it is $50 or more at a time and it's ALWAYS more than one order a day. Read moreI ordered 4 wedges and a bag of chips, came out to be $71. I opened the bag and came home to find I only received 2 wedge sandwiches and a ROLL rather than a wedge. When I placed my order, I could hear how busy it was and asked the lady to repeat the order back to me to make sure it was correct. The first time she said, the order was incorrect and I had to repeat myself to correct the order (which was totally fine). But the fact that you got the order correctly after reading it back to me the second time, and still messed up the order? That's insane. They purposely messed up my order and refused to admit it and justified it with unreasonable excuses. I also asked for a receipt when I paid for my food in-person, but the lady couldn't print it for me because they probably didn't want to expose themselves for scamming me. When I called and inquired about the order, they said that the order was right. I reviewed how much each sandwich was and when I calculated everything, the tax would be $10 but when I asked the lady how much tax would be, she said it was $6. So where does the $4 come from? Sundance Deli definitely overcharges their food so don't bother looking at the menu prices. Order whatever you want, and expect it to be $20-$30. Place might as well be called...

We ordered for a work lunch this time and they told us 45 minutes. 2 HOURS LATER the food still wasn't here. when we called to see the status, they told us the driver was walking out the door. THIRTY minutes later the driver arrived not friendly at all just asking "who ordered from sundance". Once he left we realized that he never gave us our drinks in which we were charged for. so we called Sundance and they said "ugh he did it again" yet we had to wait another THIRTY minutes for our drinks. This is the 3rd time they have done this to us. last time we asked for a refund of the drinks, since the "driver left for the day" and they told us they don't do refunds they would leave a credit on our account. last time ever ordering from them. horrible...
