Food: we hadn't 2 pizza slices, 1 was vodka something its was fun but not much else. 1 slice was chicken and it was dryer than a popcorn fart. The buffalo chicken roll thingy was mostly bread and i has to dissect the roll to find the meat. Also it wasnt fresh, they just reheated it in the oven. Overall it left thirsty and overloaded on bread šŸ˜‘. Atleast the price was ok. Paid $15.14 for all that. Location is right in the downtown, there is a cool bookstore down the street. Service was great and quick.

I love Lucioā€™s! Best pizza in town (Pleasantville/Chappaqua area). Great pizza, great sauce (both their red sauce and vodka sauce are great), great knots, great prices. I donā€™t eat buffalo sauce, but Iā€™ve heard great things about the buffalo chicken slice, too. The family/staff there are so nice and very generous. I moved away recently, and I cannot tell you how much I miss this place! FYI- $10 min. on credit cards

Picked up a pizza. Got home and found the entire bottom was burnt. Called and asked for another delivered. Guy on the other end wanted the pizza to be brought back for proof. Wouldn't take a picture or drive another one over to pick it up themselves. Here are the pictures. Might be the "Best Pizza in Pleasantville" but definitely the worst service!

Picked up a pizza. Got home and found the entire bottom was burnt. Called and asked for another delivered. Guy on the other end wanted the pizza to be brought back for proof. SCAMMERS! Delivery is a rip off. I ordered an eggplant parmigiana on the phone, the website says it is $18. 14 minutes after I ordered, I saw that my credit card had been charged $28.10. I called to see if this was an error and they proceeded to give me excuses, saying that it was tax (which would be $1.60), that the menu prices are inaccurate, and that it was a delivery fee (when their website clearly says free delivery). How can you have $10 in fees on an $18 order? Even Doordash is cheaper. I asked to cancel my order, but the order was somehow already on it's way. I live 5 minutes away, which means they cooked and packaged my entire meal in, at maximum, 9 minutes, so it was definitely not fresh. The manager was extremely abrasive and hung up on me- DO NOT order delivery from this place, they...

As visitors from Florida, we looked for authentic NY pizza. Several recommendations later from plenty of locals and Pace students, we went straight to Lucios! Wow was everyone right! Authentic & Delicious!! The crust is on point and the marinara has fantastic depth of flavor! We had the garlic knot pepperoni. Lucio even made us his new deep fried calzone - holy cow is it HUGE! It's a very sinful delight...sort if donut meets pizza! And great for sharing! Can't wait to come back and try the white pizza next! And what great people - so friendly! Thanks guys for making us feel so welcome, even with Lucas! :)...

Great pizza and great service! Walked in for the first time and and ambiance was perfect. Perfect food for a cold day. I was intrigued by all the food selections and even noticed some unique things such as the bruschetta bread which I would highly recommend. I talked to Paolo and he was explaining to differences in the different types of pizzas. He was very knowledgeable and kind enough to notice my dietary restrictions and helped guide me in the right direction as well. Whole staff is very professional and I felt like I was treated like family. Fast and kind service and very delicious...
