I believe it was the owner of the restaurant that took my order. The lady told me to order from the menu since there was no more pre-prepared food left. The menu listed different types of pupusa’s from $1.50 to $3.00 dollars each. I placed my order for two pupusa’s, one Carne and one Frijoles and Cheese. The lady insisted that I had to buy three pupusa’s as she pointed to one of the pictures in the wall. She said the order came with three and all three had to be the same. I told her that if I had to order three I wanted three different types of Pupusas. She stated that the order came with only three pupusa’s with the same filling type. That each pupusa was a different price depending on meat or just cheese, so therefore she could not give me three different (3 pupusa’s for $10.00) …. I showed her where it listed individual pupusa’s with individual prices on the menus and that was what I wanted. Reluctantly she allowed me to order different types and I reluctantly had to order 3, when I only wanted 2 just to be able to order. …. It got worse…. I ordered one Chicharon, one Carne (Beef) and one Frijol and Cheese. It took forever to make the three and she got the order wrong. It wasn’t like they were busy. I was the only one ordering There was another customer but he was almost done eating. She gave me one plain, or I think it had some Cheese, one with just Frijoles and nooooo Cheese, and a Chicharrón with pieces of bone…. I almost broke a tooth. It had pieces of bone throughout. The sauce had no flavor. It just tasted like watered down tomato sauce. The cabbage had nooooo taste whatsoever. The pupusa’s were so thick that the dough was still uncooked. Overall, If they do not sell individual pupusa‘s, then they should not list them and then give you attitude for ordering different ones. If they don’t want you to order from the menu then they should not give you a menu and then force you to order from a picture on the wall aaaannnnnndddd still get the order wrong. I placed an order through Uber Eats for combo #2, which, according to the app, included a soda. However, when the order arrived, the soda was missing. I decided to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue, but the experience became even more frustrating. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, accusing me of lying about the combo including the soda. Even though I offered to send a screenshot showing the app's description, her only "solution" was to suggest that I return all the food and order from somewhere else.
